Panoramic sea views are provided at Anka Studios. It is located in the medieval village of Vrbnik and offers air-conditioned accommodation units with cable TV and a balcony or a terrace. The beach is just 150 feet away.

Review 1：The only thing, that the kitchen is not too well equiped, but it is enough to have a coffe and some small eatings. So do not want to have big cooking there :)
Review 2：It is a great place to rest, our room was quite small, but it is enough for 2 people. It has a great view, and the owner is very nice and helpful.
Review 3：the room was very small and it was very very noisy. I booked a room with chicineta but instead i got a room without this facility. From 6 nights i slept only 1 because of the noise. I was very very dissapointed!
Review 4：This is an amazing place to stay at Vrbnik. Right next to the sea. Best host ever! I will be back for sure! This place is so good I would gladly pay more next time! Highly recommended!
Review 5：Worst matress ever. Room was totally different from the pictures: really small: no room to put suitcases, no cooking area (except the refridgerator beside the bed and 1 cookingfire on it). No sitting area. Bad smell in bathroom: moist. Not worth it's money.
Review 6：No klima, No fridge, 30,5C° at night, noisy small rooms, disorder. The cupboards are full rattletraps. Three hours waiting to check in with a little sleepy crying baby in the extreme sunshine.

Review 25：It was a bit noisy at night because the restaurant down the road had live music (jazz) outside, there is a pizzeria with diners on the terrace right outside the bedroom window, and downstairs is a terrace for an apartment where people were eating and cooking outside. The room needed a few cosmetic repairs even though it had just been renovated (floor skirting board has already come off, etc.). The wifi did not work for us but we didn't have a chance to ask the staff about it as we only stayed one night. The pillows had a toxic smell, perhaps because they were new, so I was unable to sleep on them. These things are still minor compared with the view!
Review 26：They gave us a newly-renovated room that was nicely decorated. The view was absolutely stunning. It also had its own bathroom although we had booked a room with shared bathroom. It was not at the main location on Frankopanska but a 5-10 minute walk away. There was free parking available across the road. The staff were very friendly and helpful. If you get this room, you are very lucky! I think most of the reviews on this site are for rooms at the Frankopanska location.
Review 27：The room (1 Person) was very small (as was expected), but also somehow dirty. There were cobwebs in the bathroom, the shower had some dirt etc. Also there were no working lights but the one main one - the bedlight and the one in the bathroom did not work.
Review 28：Appartement is in a very good location (2 min to the center, 2 min to the beach). The landlady was very nice and let me leave my luggage for a couple of hours until my bus came, so I would not have to haul it around.
Review 29：We did not get what we booked. We booked a studio with seaview abut we get a another one with garden view. The owner wasn't there, we could talk only via phone, he said we booked this, check the web, if it doesn't like, we can search for another one in the city. ( In the middle of August it isn't easy so we agreed a discounted price ) Later when we met he said yes, his wife checked the web page, an we have right, sorry. During we packed in, we have found that an Austrian couple gets in the same situation. Based on the rules the check in is from 1 PM, we arraived about 3 PM, and they said we should wait 1 more hour to be the room cleaned. The fridge was in very old and in a bed condition, it worked well, but it was very noisy and rusty. So basically I will offer only for those who have like the suprise and the adventure around the accomodation...

Review 35：I did not like the furniture. It was literally shabby, the kitchen's equipment was pretty poor e.g. no microwave oven, no dryer for the plates. I am pretty sure that this apartment is waiting for renovation because on the day before the last one we saw by accident the neighboring apartment and that was newly renovated fancy looking one. The mattress was too soft and worn-out with a hole in the middle. There was no operational secured wifi network in the apartment. In case we wanted a kind of safe network we had to leave the room and proceed up to the the first floor on the other side of the building.
Review 36：The beach is really close. It is behind a big building on silent street. They have a big terrace. The location itself is beautiful and I would recommend especially the beach of Vrbnik in that cute bay.
