Review 1：The lounge is not even comfortable to relax, the menu in the restaurant is so plain, i choose to have dinner outside the Hotel. The cleanliness of the restaurant is really bad. i found the water glass is dirty and dusty, and they served fusty butter in the buffet.

Review 2：the hotel location is near the Bogor Train station, easier for solo traveler to reach the hotel.

Review 3：Staff Credit card machine was broken. But staff said my credit card is not active and make me wait in the front deskfor long time. After they found problem on their machine and used another machine but They never apologized for that. No one in reception pick up phone.

Review 9：View out of window was rooftop storage of broken furniture stacked against the window. Flourescent ceiling lights in living area of suite. Outdated tub shower and bathroom. 2 star hotel.

Review 13：its location is very strategic, in front of the Istana Bogor and Kebun Raya Bogor. It has complete facilities and entertainment. If you stay on Saturday they serve free movie at night for children. On Sunday morning they also have swimming party for children. It surely is a perfect hotel either for leisure or business. The breakfast is awesome.

Review 16：Not terrible but the pool for example is impossible for adults as ita full of kida (for whom it is fine). And it is badly located for restaurants etc. Taxis are impossible (the hotel managed eventually had to take us to our restaurant).

Review 19：The pool was tiny and the pool area under construction--the photos on the website are a bit misleading. Nobody offered to help us with our bags at check-in. At dinner, the Sundanese restaurant in the hotel was empty and didn't seem too inviting, so we asked the concierge about a highly-rated Japanese restaurant,Midori, but he had no knowledge of it. He directed us to a shopping mall for dinner. The room was fine, considering it was an older hotel.

Review 21：A movie theater with kids favorite movie, pool party with free toys to share to the kids...kids was thrilled! Post-stay in the hotel i thought i lost my hard disk & they willing to look all over the room again for me.
