Review 1：food was not up to expectation, stayed in a duplex and had to run down every time the phone rang, no phone in bathroom, salt water in bathroom, didn't expect it. Shampoo and other bathroom products use were not good.

Review 3：The mentality of staff members. Bath room maintenance. Delayed service by restaurant staff. Quality of food in the restaurants. Cleanliness.

Review 7：* Only the rooms close to the heating unit get hot water supply 24/7. We had a great time last year but this trip we got a room little farther and had a tough time with two little kids since we got only luke warm water! The staff provided a different room 2nd day but it was a mess shifting again! Also the AC was not working in the new room! DVD player was also a problem and there was no corrective action taken! Resort were also not open about the problem and were insisting they have 24/7 hot water in all rooms!

Review 28：2 things. I stayed in room #107 & this room balcony we couldn't open at all, as very bad smell was emanating from somewhere, may be from the public toilet. Other thing is that we had to wait for 2 hours for dinner as there wasn't any adequate arrangement to sit in the restaurant and lots of delays

Review 30：Horrible service. Its a spa n resort n the pool strictly closes at 7pm. There is a mini bar in the room but empty. When it rains the balcony roof leaks. The restaurant is over priced and the spa is over over priced. For the money they charge which is equal to a 3 to 4 star hotel they have nothing matching upto it.

Review 32：Horrible experience. I got a confirmed booking through booking.com. While reaching the resort with kids the resort management told there are no rooms awailable and they didn't know about the booking. With kids this is my worst experience in my life.

Review 33：According to booking.com when i was booking the hotel, it said "ne older child or adult is charged INR 1000 per person per night in an extra bed." But they charged INR 2000 for extra adult. They did not provide the extra bed as well. There was swimming coaching going on for children who were not guests and it was irritating.
