Review 1：My only remark is on the bed. We had two single beds pushed together, but we would have preferred a double.
Review 2：We booked about half an hour before we arrived. The room we booked was on a discount and we got a free upgrade. Our studio was recently renewed, everything looked very new, clean and qualitative. There is a small stone beach and a walking path next to the sea, directly accessible from the domain. The bus towards Split stops directly in front of the domain and costs only about 1,5 euros.

Review 4：Would have expected a bit better kitchen equipment, e.g. at least salt and some more basics to be there. Towels were changed every day, but sheets not even once.

Review 6：The apartments were comfortable and very clean. Very friendly staff. Easy walk to the beach and marina with lots of places to choose from to eat. Walk on past the marina for a bigger beach and past that beach for even more places to eat. We used the hotel facilities for one day - real lovely pools and facilities. We went on a fantastic boat trip around 5 of the islands and swam off the boat - small boat with 15 people on it booked with Open Water at the Marina. Also check out Omis for white water rafting and an amazing Zip wire 150 feet above the canyon. Or a quiet boat trip up the canyon for those who like to keep their feet on the ground! Also went to visit the waterfalls - amazing.
Review 7：The beach is very small. Most part of the beach belongs to the hotel Le Meridian and it could be that you have to pay about 150 Kn p.p. to use the beach in the facilities of the hotel!
Review 8：Toni and Icana from the reception are very nice and provide a lot of good information which are important to know. The apartments are not really modern, but very proper and clean! So everything was fine!
Review 9：The air conditioner is turning right to the bed so we don't turned it on. The bath room was without any shelfs.
Review 10：The reception stuff was very nice. She waited for us till the late hours of the evening. Close the the sea and to meridian hotel. At the room all the kitchen related tools are provided. Parking near the facilities.

Review 14：Great location, walking distance to the beach. 10 minute drive from centre of Split. Grocery store nearby. Owners were very helpful, approachable, providing tips and places to visit.
Review 15：From flat, around 80 steps to beach. Not great for small kids, with pushchair. There was a round-about route with fewer steps, but not very convenient. Kitchen needs a microwave. Supermarket the other side of a rather dangerous road, fast traffic, no crossing, just had to dash for it.
Review 16：Staff were helpful, thank you to Ivana and Toni. A nice little flat, we were luck to have a tree on the balcony, made a huge difference in terms of shade in the 38 Degree heat. Once down to the beach, and turned right, lovely places to swim.

Review 20：We had a wonderful time in Split! Located on a fantastic location apartment Lavica are just few steps from a pebble beach and also it is great advantage to use Le Meridien facilties nearby. There are also great restaurant options for the dinner in the marina, while Split centre is only 15 min drive by the car. Apartments are exceptionally clean and in good condition. Best thing about Lavica is very friendly staff, Toni on the reception has been very helpful and gave great recommendations about things to do etc. I would definitely recommend!
Review 21：The bed in main bedroom was 2 single beds joined together which made un comfortable to sleep if u end up in middle. Also parking to far to walk to apartment no organisation for parking.

Review 38：It would have been nice to have a larger balcony in our apartment to sit out comfortably in the evening. It was really just wide enough to accommodate a table and two chairs. If 4 people were staying (it was a two bed apartment) I think it would be cramped. Other apartments had larger areas (more ground floor) and would possibly suit larger group.
Review 39：The apartment was exceptionally clean and while the living area was compact, it did not feel cramped and it had everything you would need. The girl we dealt with on reception, Ivana, was exceptionally helpful and friendly. We accidentally left our keys in the apartment one day and when we returned that night we couldn't get in (the cleaning lady had locked the door). We rang Ivana and even though she was on a night off, she left her friends and immediately came to our rescue and was so nice about it. The apartment is right beside the beach and while we didn't make use of the facilities of the La Meridian Hotel situated beside the apartments, the option was available. It is approx. 20 mins on the local bus to Split and the stop is right outside the entrance to the apartments.
Review 40：Poor value for money, would not recommend this apartment to anyone in the future. Very disappointed as rooms very dull and gloomy and very basic. Need to do more to make apartments more welcoming, no washing machine, iron, ironing board. Family members stayed in a nearby apartment for same money which was excellent!

Review 42：Very modern apartment! Great location. We stayed in a deluxe room which didnt cost much more than the standard room. We had a fully equipped kitchen, a seaview from the balcony, very modern bathroom. Just walk down a few flights of stairs to the beach. Located right next door to Meridian resort so plenty of cafes etc nearby. Also only located about 5km out of Split and a bus stop outside complex. I have also stayed in Split town and if I came back here again I would stay here again and just catch the bus into Split for visits.

Review 45：A nice and clean apartment, I would recommend for people who like to stay in a bit more quiet place and have a car. We liked the Omis city and made many trips to the surroundings. There are nice restaurants and bars at the beach in front of the Le Meridien hotel.

Review 48：We used apartments in this Hotel as the overnight stay during our trip to Montenegro. Friendly and helpfull staff at the reception. Arrived after 20-00, had no problem with the access and check-in. The room was ready and clean. Parking lot is near the hotel. The kitchen is fully equipped with all nessesary utensils.Nice and cosy place. Can not say much about surroundings but In case u need to have a good sleep for reasonable price this place is for you.
