Review 1：They have 2 towers, I stayed in Deluxe room in Tower 1. Tower 2 looks newly build than tower 1. AC not cold, Wifi on each floor with very weak signal, foyer lamp in my room is off and needs to be replaced. Slow response to our complaint (all of the above facility), had to call many times to front-office desk.

Review 10：The property is located in the central of the city, and surrounded by many cafes and restaurants. We came early and found no problem to do early check in. The staffs were super nice.

Review 15：When I arrived at Mirah Hotel to check in, My credit card has been swiped by the hotel staff without my acknowledgement. In my booking preference, I've already tick the cash payment on arrival. The staff hotel said that they can swipe the card without confirm it with the card holder as it is their hotel policy. I've used booking.com for domestic and internatipnal travelling, none of the hotel swiped our credit card before we arrive and without our acknowledgement. Hope booking.com could make it clear in the website on the additional of hotel policy. Thanks

Review 16：The bed is not really comfortable. The floor little bit dusty. They don't provide hairdryer. No spa and massage

Review 18：- We booked for a double bed deluxe, the receptionist didn't mention anything, when we got to the room it was a twin bed. I called the front office staff, and they said the double bed room already full booked and they can't do anything - We didn't put the "please make up room" sign on our room door, but the housekeeping staff knock on our room when we were still sleeping, even though there were no answer, she opened our room door anyway.

Review 19：lift problem asked for deluxe room with single bed but been told that no room is available check in took super long and we have been told that the hotel will help us to arrange our bed since we booked for deluxe room with a single bed but no one showed up to our room until the next day we checked out. This is the very first time I stayed at a hotel and have to arrange the bed my self staff only gave us 1 key to access the room aircon is not cold enough swimming pool is a bit dirty Breakfast food is tasteless

Review 34：the room hotel is not as clean as we expected from 3 star hotel, the wiFi is quite slow at the time we stayed, the amenities in the bathroom are very limited and only prepared for one person, the breakfast is so-so, not to mention that i paid a bit overpriced for the new year's eve rate.

Within walking distance, sourunding the a park in front of the hotel, are famous restaurants in Bogor, such as Klapertaart restaurant and Cafe Kita (famous for it's wood baked pizza), and more. The room is very nice, the bed is very comfortable. Free breakfast for kids under 5, which is nice, good food and big range of foods.
