Review 1：Lousy choice of food for breakfast, rooms looking on the backside are close to the kitchen ventilation which makes siting on the terrace impossible during kitchen working hours

Review 4：Nice, dog friendly staff, good location- close to the beach ( where its allowed to let dogs in the water) perfect breakfast, good restaurant, comfortable rooms. I would recommend this place to everybody, especially who bring their pets on holiday with themselves.

Review 5：Would wish for more powerful air conditioning, but taking into account freak weather during our stay ( 35 and more C) it was ok and still provided some freshness in room. Also would suggest to expand breakfast menu (add pancakes with chocolate!) :)

Review 6：All in all amazing! Small hotel with all necessary services. Very cheerful and helpful staff. Very close to beach. And another more discreet and calm beach in 10 minute walk.

Review 7：Cigarette smoke in the building, coming into our room as well. In the restaurant they brought bread and billed it even though we did not ask for it. No way to properly darken the room, gets bright early in the morning. We upgraded our room to sea view via email, but they forgot about it (it was resolved in the end).

Review 10：Small and cosy this hotel had the service of the big hotels with the price of a b&b. Lovey staff, very clean, nothing too much trouble.

Review 11：The parking is not free, moreover, it is more expensive than the public parking at the end of the street.

Review 12：The hotel is really close to the beach in Vrbnik. The room was clean, had air-conditioning, TV, a nice terrace, although not with sea view. Very good breakfast served on the terrace of the hotel with view on the seaside. The staff was helpful, very attentive. They struggled to compensate in various ways the fact that the bathroom door of our room was broke, it could not be closed and they didn't manage to fix it during our stay.

Review 13：I suggest to change the forniture with just few light forniture maybe from ikea! At that point it would be the best hotel ever!! And take off the moquette!!

Review 14：The location of the hotel is incredible, amazing!! Just above a lovely bay with incredible green sea in front of an ancient village. The staff spoke very good italian and was all helpful and always super kind. The breakfast was rich and easy to be ordered with a clear list. The room was very very clean

Review 15：The staff was always cheerful. They were very helpful, and attentive to our needs. A delicious breakfast was served every morning in a beautiful terrace overlooking the ocean. Our room´s balcony had a great view of the ocean and of the lovely town of Vrbnik.

Review 17：We have put the dont disturb Card at our Roomdoor, as we returned to our room we had to find out that they cleaned our room! So we asked the Staff why they are cleaning when the the dont disturb sign is hanging on the door! They told us that this is their normal procedure. As we asked them to stop it, they told us that it is not possible because the rooms have to checked!

Review 20：Very nice and very friendly staff and room. Nice location, close to the beach. Wifi worked without any disturbances. Definitely value for money.

Review 21：Breakfast was poor: no buffet, a menu was given to select some limited items, but the staff was initially unable to describe how and what we may select due to non-existent English skills. In addition, the same person that was unable to communicate with us later on stalked my girlfriend in Facebook. We wrote about this to hotel management, but basically got no apologies, only justifications that it is ok when the full names of customers are distributed to all personnel (incl. kitchen staff) who later on stalk females on social media sites.

Review 33：Staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Direct access to the town's beach and a short walk to a private cove. The included breakfast was made to order and not the typical buffet; a very welcome change from the norm. All the best of the Croatian coast without the big crowds!

Review 34：Breakfast was not a buffet, you would have to ask the waiter but he did not really give you a menu. They charged you for parking at their private parking place after your stay without telling you before.

Review 40：Could not use WIFI in the room. We realised second day that there was no hot water in the shower. Third day managed to find the reason, someone switched off the boiler, could not understand why and why did not inform us.
