Review 1：We did not like the couches/lounge as we found it uncomfortable. Some traffic noise from the street if doors to balcony open.

Review 3：Just a couple of small things, remote for bedroom TV had a ten cent piece taped to it so it could be used (?). Spa in pool not working.
Review 4：Good location, ocean views,clean,good size unit. Also thought the Nepalese restaurant on ground floor was amazing.
Review 5：Apartment felt older then I expected and a bit outdated wouldn't say it's 4 and half stars, not all lights where working and the tiles seemed a bit grubby and I found some of the dishes to be a bit dirty and would have been better if there was pay tv and the glass in the pool area could do with a good clean.

Review 12：Melinda(the lady at reception with glasses) was so lovely, she was such an amazing person to deal with. Her customer service was superb & was so lovely to me and my partner. I will definitely be returning because of her customer service.

Review 15：On a 3 night stay not enough coffee, tea, sugar etc or dish washing liquid had to buy more... Just need a once over on all the little things, batteries replaced, light globes not working and Ensuites toliet didn't work or get fixed during our stay...

Also we couldn't have the aircon/heater on at night as the Airconditioning box on the balcony near the kids room was unbearably noisy. Both kids were unable to sleep with it on - not sure how this would be in summer.

They took the time and effort to Answer all of our enquiries about the area. Through their answers, it is evident that they have a broad knowledge on the attractions around both Caloundra and surrounding areas. Review 53：The air condition unit located outside main bedroom is quite noisy and did not seem to work too well in the 2nd room (with queen bed). The wall key pad in that room was not working so may have something to do with it.

Review 64：The Patio was filthy ,had to call the manager to clean it. Stove was greasy and dirty particularly the oven. Family toilet seat was broken. Industrial rubbish bins kept near basement lifts which is quite horrible in summer. Also hot air from AC unit blew directly onto patio table and chairs making it very uncomfortable

Review 68：our trip was made easy from the outset. despite a late arrival time and early starts and late finishes to each day Lyn made sure we were able to access our suite and were provided with everything we asked for. the resort is very close to the beach and within easy driving of all the local tourist spots - both peaceful or manic whichever we preferred! A great place to stay - nice rooftop pool too.

The location was also perfect, close to shops and the beach but also walking distance (10 or so minutes) to two massive supermarkets.But the best part of all was the rooftop pool and spa area. Looks even better in person than the photos and that's saying something!
Review 81：We were charged for an extra 2 sachet of dish washing liquid even though we stayed for two nights and we only asked for one more nights' worth...this was a bit surprising given the price paid for the apartment and that it was only 50c each ...it was not the price but that we were asked to pay!
