Review 1：Bed was a little hard.

Review 2：Location was great. Staff were invaluable and extremely helpful. They went out of there way to pick us up from the airport and to talk through where to go and what places to eat at and visit.

Review 10：Lovely room with huge balcony overlooking port/sea/beach. Super friendly staff. Excellent value for money. Shhh! Don't tell the owner I said this, but they could easily charge much more for this room. Oh! And funkiest shower cubicle in Greece.

Review 11：No kitchen, only 2 cups and spoons on the fridge. The partial sea view room is a view from the shared terrace not from the room. No one full wide bed but 2 twins.

Review 17：Alexandra's rooms was great!! Everything you need is in the area. Alexandra has a shop next to the hotel. Anything from swimwear to desserts and beverages. ATV rentals nearby and Pepe's souvlaki 5 minutes away. Beach right in front of the hotel, but full of sea urchins. Only stayed a day, but would definitely come back!! Also, do the boat trips to Antiparos or the nearby islands for the crystal clear waters and caves!

Review 18：The owners as well as the stuff were very polite and helpful with every question we had.We visited some of the best beaches and restaurants in Paros after they advised as to do so. If we visit Paros in the future we'll definitely pick it again!

Review 19：Wifi cut out a little bit but mostly only when trying to make a video call. Air conditioning leaked and our room got quite wet. But worked really well.

Review 20：Location was walking distance from the port on the main road. Really easy to find. Location was across from the main beach which was handy. Sea view was lovely. Staff were really helpful gave us a map / ideas / directions etc :)

Review 21：Shower was aesthetically lovely and unique, practically though, it needed a screen or curtain as the bathroom flooded with water everytime we had a shower. Would still stay at this hotel again though. as this is a very minor negative.

Review 23：In one word: A M A Z I N G! This was my second stay here in 2 years and I'll certainly be back. Great location, great value for money, amazingly friendly and helpful staff etc etc etc. My compliments and highest rating to Alexandra, her husband and staff.

Review 24：We had a balcony facing the sea with a nice table and chairs for breakfast (which we provided). The owners were great, it was just at the spot where the beach began so it was close to the action but not part of it. Quiet and pleasant.

Review 27：Lovely beach front location and an absolutely massive room. Good specification with a nice size and well fitted bathroom. Fantastic wifi connection. Great hosts who really made us feel at home. Only five minutes walk from the ferry. Great location.

Review 28：Alexandra was extremely friendly and helpful. The location is just minutes away (on foot) from the ferry port. The room we booked (with the view) was so beautiful. It's a pity that we only spent 1 night there, wish to go back some day.

Review 29：It is necessary to instruct guests to make their own way to the accommodation as this accommodation that does not meet its guests at the ferry. This is not a problem as it is not far from the ferry.

Review 30：This is a budget price accommodation in a great location and for the price there is even some sea view. Some apartments do have a complete seaview. The staff are very helpful and friendly. It is a good place if you want a base to roam around Paros. Instead of a pool, the beach is across the road. For us it was great value on a great island.

Review 31：Location was perfect, so was Alexandra - she always has a smile on her face and greets you like family. Also appreciated being able to use the kitchen and cutlery when we needed it. The room was pleasant, very powerful AC and the bathroom and shower were spacious and comfortable. The wifi was quite good. No weak points to mention

Review 32：Alexandra and Dragi, the two people you meet when staying here, are extremely friendly, attentive and helpful - they are running the place with heart and hand, doing everything for you to enjoy your stay. They pay great attention to cleanliness and tidiness: we have felt this with my brother nowhere else to this extent during our holiday on the Cyclades. They talk about the island and the surrounding area with the passion of a local who really appreciates and loves the place. We had an excellent time here and hope to return next year!

Review 34：Too many advantages to write them down. The distance to the beach was very small, one minute to reach beautiful Livadia. We had great sea view. Our host - Alexandra was very friendly, she gave us a map and information about the island, also Mario who took care of our rooms was a fantastic guy, smiling all the time. Bathrooms were excellent, huge and clean. Go there and enjoy your life!

Review 35：Sea view is not so good , as the image show on website . Wifi is not so smooth , and something cannot connect. I saw a cockroach outside the room.

Review 39：We stayed at Alexandra's Rooms for 2 nights and were very pleased with the facilities and the staff of the hotel. They were very helpful and always ready to point us in the right direction. For the price we paid, the room was fantastic and very clean.

Review 46：Relaxed atmosphere created by Alexandra and her team. Excellent value, hot showers and comfy bed. Plenty to do if you hire a quad bike or buggy. Restaurant close by.

Review 47：No breakfast, but there's a fridge and kettle, so I stocked up at the supermarket and made my own.

Review 48：Spectacular view from the sea view room(most expensive one, but worth it), although there's no shade. An umbrella would be good! Incredibly friendly staff, especially the guy who cleans the rooms. Quirky bathroom with good pressure shower. Easy walk into town - if you arrive on the ferry, turn left and walk a few hundred meters. It's right next to Hotel Paros.

Review 49：Biggest gripe: the "partial sea view" was a lie -- the only thing to be seen from our window were the other apartments. Our "balcony" was just the area that leads to other rooms, with a little table put on it. If we opened our window everyone looked in as they passed. We also could rarely open the windows due to people smoking basically 2-3 meters from our window. The fridge was very loud and the A/C not very useful. The bed was uncomfortable. There were very few outlets, only one next to the bed and one by the table (we had a room with twin beds, so I would have expected one outlet next to each bed at least!) The owners are not helpful at all for suggesting places to go or things to do in Paros (not a necessity, but it would have been nice, considering they live there...) The soundproofing of the room is outrageously bad. We were there at a fairly quiet time, luckily, but otherwise I can imagine we would have gotten no sleep. Every step taken in the apartment above ours echoed madly, every word spoken in the courtyard was heard, etc.

Review 50：The pillows were comfortable. The location, 10min walk to the old city, is acceptable (although I think it would be worth paying a little more to be closer). There are quite a few restaurants on the way to town, there's also a supermarket not too far. Bathroom looks upscale (a bit out of place with the rest of the room really! But that's not a bad thing.) However if someone is taking a shower next door you have no hot water at all. Have to wait till they are done. Neither good nor bad, but this place is right next to Hotel Paros -- you can see in their windows, and they can see in yours. If this helps inform your decision...

Review 56：Just got back from a week at the apartments.We were picked up at Paros airport by the owner - who was very friendly.Our room was lovely - the view of Livadia beach was fantastic and not even the obligatory - telephone wire - could spoil it!! Right across the road is the start of the beach area and there are numerous restaurants close by. The owners are very helpful and the place is spotless. Very nice bathroom with great shower.

Review 79：The mattress was the one weak point I noticed. Rather basic, tho perfectly adequate. NB ignore the instructions on the site on how to find it. Just turn left off the boat, walk 9 minutes along the seafront till you reach the beach, and it's opposite.

Review 82：we stayed for 3 nights and all were absolutely fantastic!!alexandra is very nice and helpful, the hotel is just 5 minutes walk from the port of parikia and very close to the biggest market of the island. we got an amazing room with massive balcony...in front of the sea where you can enjoy the wonderful sunset of paros. room was very clean and kitchen fully furnished. is wonderful after sunset go down on the street,walk for 5 meters and junp in the crystal water!!!!very recommended!!!

Review 83：In this lovely hotel you can find everything you need. You can go town centre by walk in 5 minutes. All the tavernas are around the hotel. In front of the hotel you can swim and can find many beach bar. Alexandra and Giorgos were also so friendly and helpful. If you are searching for a clean, silent hotel in the town centre, your first choise must be Alexandra's Rooms. One more time, definitely yes.

Review 85：We liked the location and view (perfect, just across the road from the sea) the room itself (spacious and clean), the kitchenette, the fact that a really good supermarket was nearby, the staircase with the potted plants and of course the very charming Alexandra herself. Review 94：The rooms may be simple but they are top quality with double glazed patio doors which cut out any traffic noise at night. Top rate free air con and a useful kitchenette. We stayed in a room facing the sea (No 15) and I'd recommend this one to anyone. The owner was superb and helped us with any questions we had ie. hiring cycles and travelling around the island. Alexandra's rooms are ideally situated 5 minutes walk or 10 minutes stroll from the centre of Parikia above the owners small shop right opposite the sea.
