Review 1：The staff were lovely during the stay, always happy to offer advice and book things to do. Felt like family. The views were beautiful (ocean and pool) and the whole hotel was lovely, clean and spacious. There were several wifi connections throughout the hotel (corridor, rooms, pool, lobby) which meant that wifi was generally quite good throughout the hotel.

Review 2：The beds were a little hard (not uncommon for Greece).

Review 7：The personnel was so friendly and helpful. It was Greek hospitality at its very finest. They reacted with a smile and with great professionalism to every request or change we asked for without loosing the personal touch. Really a great place to stay!

Review 8：we found that not all breakfast items were replenished so if you are wanting a full range of food suggest to go earlier rather than later! Breakfast is served about 8-10am.

Pool is fantastic and has a bar that serves food and drinks. A free shuttle service from the port was a great help and the breakfast was good.

Review 17：My favorite part about this hotel is hard to say because I loved it all. But my favorite would have to be Elena at the front desk. She is amazing and helpful and caring. It was like having a family member in a strange place where I was alone. Loved her!!!

Review 22：Our apartment was right next to a busy road that was well traveled at all hours. As a Family of 5, we did find our accommodations a bit cramped. Plenty of beds but a bit tight in space. The front desk receptionist tried to upgrade us to the nearby apartment that was more spacious but was unable to do so. We spent a lot of time on the front balcony eating our meals and looking at the sea which was not so bad.

Review 23：Front Desk Receptionist was very welcoming and willing to give us good information about places to see, how to get there, restaurants etc. Free Pick-Up from Port The Pool was great and the temperature was very nice-not too cold which my kids liked. We loved having the walking access into Town so we did not have to rent a car or take Public to go to Beaches and Restaurants. Hotel, despite being on a busy road, was across the street from the Store so we liked having close access to Grocery Shopping. Having a Kitchen in our Apartment was great. The view from our Apartment was Breathtaking. The Breakfast Buffet was delicious and full of variety.

Review 35：We booked and paid for this hotel. When we were collected from the port we were told that there was an issue with some of the hotel rooms (being very vague on details) and they dropped us off at another hotel. They hardly apologised for this, didn't keep us updated as to when the problem would be fixed, were not forthcoming with information (of which was inconsistent) etc. They had said that the rooms had to be re-plastered yet other (bigger) groups were checking in. I would never recommend this hotel as I felt that they were dishonest and disinterested.

Review 37：Eri Hotel collected us from the port which was a bonus as we didn't know the location of the hotel. When we arrived our bags got dropped to our rooms and this was the little extra they didn't have to do. The rooms was spacious and the balcony was great. The room was cleaned daily and the staff very friendly... they even called a pizza delivery place for us one of the nights. The pool area was clean and the sun loungers were like beds!! Overall this is a perfect place to stay clean, friendly and in a good location.

It wasted a day of our holiday not being able to unpack etc and not what we wanted at all travelling with a little one. It did make us question whether to use booking.com. We were told they had a problem with the electrics in our room - this was clearly a fabrication!!

Review 49：Waking up to a breathtaking view of the valley with colorful flowers greenery and houses on too of small mountains gave me the beauty scoop I needed in the morning to embrace the day. A wide array of Mediterranean and continental breakfast buffet to eat by on the terrace overlooking the valley and the sea was how each breakfast should be, price included with with room. Situated in a quiet hill top but still ten minutes walking from the cebter of Parikia. Strolling down to eat and sail by the sea or walk to the port and visit the center was very convenient. The staff took care of us with a warm welcome and helped us book a day trip to anti Paros and always helped with directions. The room was spacious, shutters to keep the sun in while sleeping and a nice balcony to let in the sun when opened. Clean and fresh air. Nice decor with vibrant colors and a fresh feel. Highly recommended.

Review 50：We were very close to reception and at the beginning of the corridor so it was a bit noisy. And, although we did not mind the walk, it is a bit further out of centrum (5/10 min walk)

Review 99：Second year we have stopped off at Paros when island hopping, the hotel is so relaxing and you are made to feel very welcome so went back again this year. having breakfast on the veranda overlooking the town and bay starts the day really well.

The room was clean and functional with easy access to the swimming where we enjoyed the wonderful sunset. The location is ideal, just 5 minutes walk to town centre, there is a bus stop right outside the hotel to other villages//beaches and a mini market close by. we are definetly looking forward to our next visit to Paros and Eri!
