Review 1：Could not get more than 1 key per room. So my wife who was sick had to wake up to open the door,

Review 5：I've made the booking at least 2 weeks before, sadly they couldn't make our rooms (since I booked for 2 room) adjacent to each other. They even put us on different floor.

Review 6：The location is great, easy access if you don't want to talk far away to look for grab a bite. Very quiet area, clean room and bathroom. Easy check in/out. Friendly bell boy and very helpful waitress during our breakfast.

Review 9：I had clearly specified a preference for a Queen-sized bed for all 3 rooms, yet all 3 of us were given twin single bed room. When we asked for change we were dismissed away 1) we don't really look at the order details and 2) we are full. 3rd time I have been treated this way. Maybe they are getting too big for their customers, even for a regular like me.

Review 11：The housekeeping should be informed that if customers put up the signage 'Privacy Please', please do not try to open the room door. Twice my room was tried opened when I've already put up the signage.

Review 12：The staff were friendly and helpful - from the Front office, the bellhops, the service staff/manager at the Edelweiss Restaurant and the lady staff at the lounge.

Review 13：Check out was unorganized and the staff was half asleep. I did not like the fact that they wrote down my credit card information for any of the staff to see. Way too easy for someone to steal it. The whole vibe of the hotel was budget. Institutional-like bare concrete walls with very little thought to decor. Room service was overpriced and portions tiny. Will not return.

We waited in a coffee shop in the shopping mall until 13.00 and no one called. Decided to go back to the reception and found that our room key was on room ready file. A promise to call us to inform that the room is ready, just a promise that they never care! The breakfast quality is very poor. Seems that I've paid the high rate only for the hotel location not for the overall hotel quality.

Double bed is bigger than i expected. -traditional food from Indonesia can be found in the breakfast time. The orange juice is slurpy!! :)

Review 91：Lifts are too small. Difficult to find parking lots especially during weekends & if there is any wedding as the parking spaces are used for the malls as well. So standard interior design.

Review 105：Hotel Santika Bogor is very comfortable for my small family. It is near with Kebun Raya, Surya Kencana area and Botani Square. If you are lazy to go out from the hotel, you can go to the mall (from basement hotel you can directly go to the mall). The food court sells a delicious nasi bakar.
