Review 1：First of all I would like to say that I really enjoyed my stay in Milna and generally Brac. For sure it’s worth visiting. BUT.. if you are looking for a room don’t pick Seaside Village! Pick any other from that district. At the beginning guest is treated as ‘a problem’. First of all you are asked to pay 100% of amount in advance – that’s OK, then you are asked to give the exact hour of arrival (you drive over 1200 km so you say you would be 4-8 PM, you are asked to come 5-6 PM, eventhough office hours are till 8PM) – that’s also OK, then you are asked to pay 130 e deposit – that’s also OK, then you enter your room and there’s even no toilet paper – that’s also OK, then first thing you see are house rules, do’s and donts on the walls, also price lists in each room (sic!). The owner pictured and counted all the spoons, glasses, even carpet. Everything is counted and checked when you live so brace yourself and pick another day off for that. Even that may be OK…. BUT in the offer are pictures of swimming pool which you cannot use because it’s not theirs and you cannot use it. Company owner said that indeed pictures are in the offer but the CONTRACT says theres no swimming pool. The only problem is that the contract is being sent after paying the total amount...
Review 2：The lovely view from the balcony / terrace to the marina. Exclusive location, beach just 100 m from the apartment. The apartment was well equipped. Free wi-fi and parking. Communicative receptionist.
