Review 2：The hotel its location and Maria and the staff make this such a wonderful experience. Maria is so welcoming, helpful and nothing is too much trouble during your stay at this immaclate hotel in a stunning location!

Review 5：Breakfast buffet simple but ok, however badly organised (squeezed in a narrow space). During our stay (September), the beach was neglected. Beach bar was closed and staff absent or beach staff we saw was not motivated (end of season ?...) Not possible to have lunch/diner at the hotel.

Review 6：The view, the exposure (sunset), the premises and garden, the direct acces to the sea. Warm, friendly, professional welcome and availability of Maria, always ready to help us. Thanks, Maria ! Last day, we discovered small taverna nearby.

Review 7：The position of the hotel is excellent, just above its own cove, with a gently shelving sandy beach. Maria, the manager is kind and welcoming, and ready to help.

Review 8：There are steps to get to the beach and for us who have a little baby it was little difficult. The main road which connect the hotel with Batsi is very row and there is a difficulty if two cars meet each other.

Review 9：Excellent service. Maria, the owner, is really helpful with anything we need and kind. The place of the hotel is wonderful. The private beach is a real blue lagoon. The view from the balcony where we take breakfast excellent. Also very quiet place.

Review 13：Our room was very near the reception so we got quite a bit of noise from that, plus we were hidden away down a grotty flight of steps which didn't give a great first impression - missing tiles, rust stains etc. The room was ok but quite dated. Ask for a room higher up Breakfast was a bit hit and miss - get there earlier to get the nicest bits!

Review 17：I was travelling solo and the hotel and location was very safe, hospitable and beautifully located. I supplied my telephone number at the time of booking and Maria was very helpful in helping me organise my ferry and taxis on and off the island as I had no known contacts there and I was travelling alone. The service was exemplary. The attention to the visitors was excellent. I loved the variety of foods for breakfast and the rooms were well situated with spectacular sea views. I highly recommend this and even if you are solo travelling I can say it is a great place to go!

Review 18：- the location is wonderful : the views on the sea and the sunset are amazing, the private beach is just downstairs, the rooms have a sea view, the breakfast is on the terrace with always this crazy view.. Just perfect :) - the team is another great advantage of Aneroussa. Maria is always here to help, knows very well the Island and I really felt like if I was staying in a friend's place. Review 19：Nothing! Everything was perfect!

Review 20：Four of us were traveling together on a two week "girl's trip" through Greece: me, my sister, our mother, and our amazing 89 year old grandmother ("Yaiyai") whose parents immigrated to the US from Greece many years ago. From the moment we booked our stay at Aneroussa, Maria was so attentive and helpful through email ensuring that they could accommodate Yaiyai in a room without steps since she has limited mobility. And when we finally arrived on Andros, Maria had arranged a taxi to pick us up at the ferry port and transport us to the hotel. When we got to Aneroussa, Maria and her staff greeted us with big smiles, and such warmth and care and made us feel as if we were family. We arrived late in the evening after a long day of traveling and Maria helped us order food from a nearby restaurant and had it delivered for us so we didn't have to bother with driving into town. She set up a table for us on the balcony and took such good car of us. Our rooms were immaculate with very comfortable beds, easy to run AC, good wifi connection, and a balcony overlooking the ocean- such stunning views!! The breakfast spread each morning was superb with all sorts of homemade breads, cakes and cookies, fresh fruit, yogurt, eggs, spanikopita and excellent coffee and tea selections. Maria helped arrange for a rental car with a fantastically cheap rate so we could get around the island independently. Everything was truly perfect about our stay at Aneroussa. We had never encountered someone as special as Maria before who puts her heart and soul into running a hotel and making sure that her guests have an unforgettable stay. We treasure the connection we made with Maria and all that we learned about her and her family and feel so truly fortunate that we found Aneroussa Beach Hotel. We will definitely be back!! And maybe we'll bring the guys too next time ;-) Thank you for everything, Maria!!!

Review 21：Beach/sun lounger charge for hotel customers of 3 euros a day at the beach next to hotel. This charge seems to be common for most public beaches we visited on the island but thought as hotel guests we shouldn't have been charged, especially as we bought drinks/food at the beach cafe. Not a big issue though and didn't ruin our holiday at all.

Review 24：To put anything in this section I have to be extremely picky and so I would just make two comments (and they are really minor details) - some times the coffee was lukewarm and there could be more choice of cold meats in the breakfast buffet

Review 25：Fantastic location with a wonderful secluded beach. Bedroom was large and in excellent condition - the double bed was extremely comfortable. The most attractive feature of the hotel is the wonderful Maria and her team of staff - nothing is too much trouble for them and they genuinely want you to have the best holiday possible.

Review 33：The view from our balcony was simply amazing, especially the sunset (also try the taverna just beyond the hotel for an amazing sunset experience). Really enjoyed the time we spent on the local beach (though limited space for those who do not wish to hire sun loungers). Batsi was nearby - lovely beach and many options for eating. Our room was kept very clean. Large TV, with excellent reception - great for watching the World Cup! Lovely breakfast, eaten outside with lovely sea view. I didn't want to leave Aneroussa.

Coming in off-season offers you the most quiet and peaceful stay ever, hearing just the waves and sometimes sheeps. Every guest was enjoying this quiet place with a beautiful, small and hidden sand beach right down the steps from the hotel. Restaurantes and the village are just an idyllic short walk away. Perfect for everyone, who wants to hide from noisy and growdy spots but also wants to go out at night in the village of Batsi. Wish we could stay longer!

The breakfast was served on the white terrace of the hotel and it was good. There is a nice beach few steps down.

Review 60：The view from the room is spectacular, the beach of the hotel is very beautiful. Clean and renovated rooms. Location might seem frightening but it is really very close to the center. Above all though is Mrs Maria's hospitality. She did everything for us and made us feel as if we were home. Her and the other staff's hospitality is difficult to find.

The group I was with enjoys walking, so the location of the hotel was perfect for us. The walk to the nearest town, Batsi, was about 10-15 minutes, but taxis were always available to and from the town if we didn't want to walk. We felt that the hotel was an excellent value for the money. We would definitely stay here again.
