Review 1：The restaurant is priced high.PEOPLE COMING TO THE HOTEL ON A TWO WHEELER ARE TREATED BADLY BY THE GUARDS AND NOT ALLOWED TO USE THE MAIN ENTRANCE OR THE PORCH.

Review 9：Staff. Doesn't fit in 4star Standard. Front desk executives are fine but room service and other staffs are just doing there job. They doesn't care about customer satisfaction. Travel desk,few blood sucking staffs they will overcharge. Best to look for online taxi service or autos rather then their travel plans. Overall hotel is good they can improve a bit with good staffs and specially their travel assistance.

Review 13：1. We were cheated with the room twice. We paid for the premieur room with dining table for the family. First they gave us ordinary executive room. We saw syringe on the balcony and asked to move to the room we ordered. They moved us to the room with more space but without a dining table in it. According to the picture it wasn't a premier. 2. No proper Wi-fi inside. We were told that we should try after 10.00 pm- maybe it would be better connection. 3. The floor was unclean, however the room was cleaned each day.

Review 28：1. The bathroom was dirty and not maintained. No daily maintenance too. Water trickles down the shower. 2. I had a room on the 4th floor and there is a constant motor sound from 7AM till about 12 PM. When I complained I was told it is the laundry room/pressure pump etc. and that it would be rectified, but to no avail. No one bothered to check. 3. The price of the hotel is definitely 4 star, as its rating suggests, however, it can't justify the star rating nor the steep prices. Definitely there are better properties for the price that you would shell out here.

Hotel should be sensitive to aspect that tourists cannot have South Indian fare three times a day for entire tour howsoever good it may be. Bakery items should have veg (eggless) options. Why should vegetarians suffer even while they pay the same as non-vegetarians.
