Review 13：The spa and health equipment was non functional, and the ownership wanted pool users to wear hair nets. They didn't complain when our kids swam without them though...

Review 14：The staff was proactive to help and offer advice, and helped us plan day trips with insider tips on the best things to see and do. They were non-obtrusive, but always seemed to pop up to help just when we needed them. We felt like the breakfast was setup just for us.

Review 16：Often when looking online the pictures are not what you actually get. With Eden the views from each room and facilities were exactly as depicted online....MAGIC VIEW. Podstrana is close enough but far enough away from Split to offer a truly relaxing experience. The staff could not have been more friendly or helpful to the point of letting us behind reception to print off info for other bookings for our holiday. Bar and wait staff were excellent and the buffet breakfast and restaurant meals were first class. Croatia be proud of Hotel Eden

Review 22：We very much enjoyed our stay at Hotel Eden. The rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean. The mattress was very comfortable. There is a stunning sea view, especially at sunset. There is a beautiful beach just outside the hotel and the food that the chef made was unique and tasty, especially the freshly caught sea food. We loved how helpful and dedicated the stuff was. The manager is often there at the dinner time, to make you feel even more welcomed and tells you about the best places in and near Split. Highly recommend it and are coming back there soon.

Review 24：Beautiful site. Hotel clean and well maintained. Buffet breakfast excellent. Evening meal at hotel restaurant excellent as well. Enjoyed the peacefulness of the site.

Review 25：The air conditioner was too cold in the bedroom and weak in the living room. We had to turn off the air conditioner in the bedroom as it was very cold and over our bed and the the one in the living room was not working properly so it had a hard time keeping both rooms cold. We did not use the small pool as they requested that everyone wear a hairnet, and that did not go well with my teenage boys. A bit disappointing, as the pool was one of the reasons we booked the hotel.

Review 26：We stayed one night in the Presidential Suite with a huge balcony and gorgeous views of the sea! The room was clean, modern and very spacious. We arrived early and our room was not ready as check out was noon. But we were offered a buffet breakfast while we waited. The hotel was perfectly located with a supermarket, pizza restaurant, ATM and the famous Arcada restaurant right across the street. We loved our food at Arcadia, but we would have been just us happy eating at the hotel restaurant with a great menu! The beach is right below with a few steps and from there, you can walk beach side to a local beach to the right and to the Le Meridian to the left. If you want to visit Split everyday, this may not be the most convenient hotel for you as it's quite a distance from the Promenade. But it is perfect if you don't want to be with the masses near the castle. Hotels is perfectly located between Split and Omis, where zip lining, white water rafting and boat rides are offered on the Cetina river. The front desk again was very helpful when we found out our flight was cancelled and helped with phone calls. If you need a transfer to the airport, book through the hotel as they have special fares for guests - 35 euros as opposed to 60 euros through other services. Over all, a great stay at Hotel Eden. We'd book there again on our next stay in Croatia.

Review 66：We stayed there for 8 days. The rooms were cleaned daily. Very closed to the beach. The bus station is also situated close to the hotel. Hotel staff was very serviceminded and helpful. Close to Split.

Review 68：This is a good hotel with friendly staff. Sea view rooms are worth the extra as the view is incredible and one of the highlights. The hotel serves food in the evening, which was pretty good and not expensive. There was a singer each evening that was lovely (no noise issue for rooms though if you have kids). Breakfast was a good selection. We would stay here again.

Review 75：The badroom was new, but they need to invest in new beds... One of the receptionist was not so friendly (it was more like acting) and not so helpfull to advise restaurants in the area. Instead always referring to their own restaurant. But one of the collegues (older men) was really nice, you could talk for hours on what Croatia has to offer!

Review 81：Bed was not super comfortable and noise when you moved. Shower fixture was broken so it was not possible to fix the showerhead on the wall. Pool area in the basement was not looking really attractive and was rather dark. The pool itself is small and was not super clean (dirt on the bottom).

Review 82：The hotel is abt 15min driving from Split next to a rather large road. The hotel has private parking. We received a large room on the 4th floor (n°401) which had a bedroom and a sitting room. Seaview balcony was nice but the road noise not that great. Room was spacious, clean and fresh. Breakfast was ok.

Review 85：A large contingent of Russians were staying at the hotel. They were arrogant,demanding and rude. The hotel did not have sufficient staff to deal with them and the other guests and the other guests suffered poor service because of this. Restaurant meals were fair but there were better restaurants nearby. The Arkada on the other side of the road was excellent.

Review 86：Very friendly staff and comfortable accommodation. Good location close to the beach and marina but little else to do in Podstrana. Bus stop outside the hotel for the short journey into Split or Omis.

Review 87：They gave us a really really nice room on top floor, it was huge with a living room!! There were 2 patio doors and the ocean view was amazing!! The AC worked well, bed was comfortable, breakfast was good and there was a decent selection. Everything was perfect!! The hotel is not in Split, but it's very close to the center, no problem!!

Review 88：Limited selection at breakfast and cooked items were often cold. The hotel is situated on a headland just off the very dangerous main road. At the moment the sea wall is not complete around the hotel this makes acess to other hotels/restuarants difficult unless you have a car. The sea views from room we had were excellent and our room was very quiet.

The hotel is thecleanest I have ever stayed in and has good quality fittings. All therooms are very quiet. The location is great for the nearby marinarestaurants and a bus trip into old town Split. Review 108：What a nice, cosy, family run hotel just outside of the city. Well appointed room with beautiful sea view. All things catered for and internet connection better than most business hotels. It made a lovely change from the standard hotel chain I would normally stay in and I would definitely use it again. Special mention to Goran - fantastic host.
