Review 4：Disapointed by the restaurants, it miss international dishes. There are some international dishes ( pasta , chicken...) but all are to spicy for us..... Swimming pool and restroom around need to be renovated

Review 6：Food is expensive.They don't have great infant friendly food though they tried hard to deliver a well cooked kichdi and curd rice. At buffet breakfast, we requested the staff that we would take a small omlete and/or one idli to feed our 2 year old in the room and they flatly refused. This is the first hotel in the last two years which refused this! Women at reception could have been more receptive and polite. Waiters at the table and room delivery seem to expect tips inspite of a 10% service charge is already included in all bills! I would rather tip the waiters based on my experience rather than pay the mandatory service charge as part of the bill. There are absolutely no amenities for the kids/infants.
Review 7：Big and comfortable rooms, friendly staff (mostly), great pool and we enjoyed a moonlit dinner on the pool side. Quick check in and check out procedures, we also got a couple of hours of early check in. A couple of in room dining orders that we made didn't come as ordered so were given free of cost. Eco friendly focus of the hotel is highly appreciated - we should all do our little something for the planet earth I asked for a non-smoking room and I apparently got a smoking room. We could smell cigarettes from the other rooms. Floors 2, 4 and 6 are non-smoking. I asked for a change at the middle of the night and fortunately found one available and was promptly moved
Review 8：Despite selecting of king bed, twin sharing was provided. Couldn't control ac even with control knob. Checkout time was mentioned as 12 noon, but it is at 11 am.

Review 22：The location of the hotel is good, it's just off Devraj Urs road in the heart of the city. Major tourist attractions such as the palace and the zoo are fairly close by (5 min drive). It's a value for money as we got a tarrif of 3500 a night for 3 nights in May, 2015. Facilities are not the best but can't expect more for this price.
Review 23：There had to be something about the sheets. I did read about this in other reviews. One of the 2 rooms that we used had really old and stained sheets. But when informed, the house keeping staff were quick to have it changed.

Review 31：The tour provided by Seagull travels booked a 7 day trip for us. Accomodation costs 5500 rupee per night, informed it was 4 star, in reality it 2 star and below. The manager would not answer phone and answered text messages rudely. Left driver and us out of pocket even after agreeing to change sub-standard accomodation at one hotel. Complaint to hotel management also went unanswered. Do not go near their travel bureau!

Review 51：There were major renovations in the room next to ours and above our children's and the hotel seemed to think there was nothing wrong in banging, drilling and hammering until 11pm. There were metal and stone cutting machines used in the entrance foyer renovations below our room; so loud on the first night you couldn't speak to each other. When we enquired at midnight how long the racket would last they said 'all night, but don't worry it will only be for one night'. The reception staff were generally surly and unhelpful. Rooms were very average and the sheets were so stained it wasn't clear if they were actually clean. Breakfast was poor. Limited choice and insufficient tables so had to wait 15 minutes to be seated on first day.
