Review 2：Very nice accommodation with perfect location and very kindly hosts! The rooms are comfortable, nice, clean, fully equipped with beautiful sea-view! Close to shopping facilities, lovely garden, a short walk along to the beautiful promenade, to the city center and to the beach...I'm sure that I will visit here in other times too! I can heartily recommend it everyone!
Review 3：Dahlia was so accommodating! We stayed in the apartment in the city center. She drove down with us, found us a parking spot very close to the apartment, and even paid for the few hours of parking not covered by the free weekend parking and brought us welcome drinks. The location of the apartment was fantastic, literally about 30 seconds from the center of town and the sea.
Review 4：-The room's design is very old fashioned, something you don't expect to see these days anymore. -The outside garden is being renovated. We didn't have loud construction noise, but some things are broken, piles of soil in another point. not the "Villa" you might have in mind. -It's not a prime location, but not too bad either, if you don't mind a few stairs. something that is hard to avoid in a city on a slope.

Review 8：I forgot I had booked breakfast, and so did they. They were proud of their breakfasts so that was a pity, that's all. There was no problem not paying for it. The property is on a (the) main road.
Review 9：I had a very nice and helpful conversation with the owner on my second and last day. The property is excellently placed for Volosko, without actually being in Volosko and therefore being (I guess) cheaper and having parking.
Review 10：The only bad thing was (although it is not the property's fault) that the way to the beach is pretty steep, so on the way back it is a bit tiring to get back to the apartments. Otherwise it was all good.
Review 11：The hosts are super friendly and helpful (they even gave us a ride to the bus station after check-out), the place is clean, the kitchen is very well equipped, everything was included (and even better) that was indicated in the description. Supermarket is nearby, which is really good for self-catering, and the beach is not far either.
Review 12：Very comfortable room and nice garden with swing hammock and sea view. There was also a communal seating area. I had a slight medical problem during my stay and they telephoned their own doctor to make me an appointment, then the daughter walked down with me and waited for me to make sure everything was OK.
Review 13：It's off of a main road, so its really too noisy to sleep with thewindow open. It's not that far from town, you will do far morewalking in the town than you will to the town, however, it is at the topof a very steep hill, so walking back at the end of the day is quiteexhausting. Note that it is nowhere near the train station or the busstation, but the hosts will pick you up and drop you off.
Review 14：The owners are fantastic - very friendly and laid back, veryaccomidating. They ask you to arrive by six, which is reasonable becausethey are a young family with children, and my train was supposed toarrive at 5:45, but we got delayed at the border for over two hours.They were very understanding. They let me pay in Euros and gave mechange in kunas, which was very useful, as I did not have to hit a bankor atm before checking in. They let me store my bags after I checked outthat morning as I took a night train out. The view was absolutelyamazing, and I couldn't recommend a better view. Bathroom veryclean, as were beds. Absolutely wonderful rooms. The price wasfantastic, I bet I would have easily paid 4x or more this price inanother country.
Review 15：If i have to say something negative, the doors of the shower couldn't close so good, so it kept raining a bit on the floor.

Also small kitchen area but which really was a waste of space, who wants a cooker in Croatia when food is so cheap? Review 42：The location was great, right in the centre of Opatija. Close to everything, tours, cruises, and restaurants? Owner was very friendly and helpful, she guided us to the apartment and helped locate a car park, not too far away from the apartment.
Review 43：It is a little far from Opatija center (around 20 minutes walking), and you have to walk on quite steep street to go back to hotel.
Review 44：We stayed for a long weekend in this villa. The owner and staffs were very nice and helpful. We had our room 3 hours before check in time and we were allowed to have some friends coming over to do a BBQ in the terrace (even though in the end we didn't do it). Breakfast was OK. AC worked really well. In a 5 minutes walking distance you can find a clean non-turistic seaside with beautiful view.
Review 45：The main rooms were all rented out so they have us an apartment in the center of Opatija for the same price. Perfect location! Free parking could have been an issue for the long run. The owner was Kind enough to give us her parking spot, but it would have been a battle to find another spot had we decided to use the car any other time during out stay. We had a big apartment, very clean and perfectly functioning bathroom, quiet and safe neighborhood, comfortable beds... It was great, if you get the apartment in the center of Opatija.

(Villa Dahlia is on a busy mainroad & a fair distance away ftom the centre. ) There was a tv inboth bedrooms & living area with good cable channels. The bathroomwas roomy & well equipped with plenty of towels. A galley kitchenwhich was fully equipped for cooking if desired.
