Review 1：I booked deluxe rooms, i thought it came with bathtub, but the bathtub seemed for suite rooms only.

Review 2：Clean and comfy rooms. Wide variety of breakfast. They have small jacuzzi pool and sauna.

Review 3：i checked in with my friend, served by two different staffs in a same table. We booked same type and same room total, but it didnt make sense when I got checked in 2 different floor (1 room in fl.4 and 1 room in fl.5) but my friend got his 2 rooms in a same floor! Then I asked the staff whom served me checking in, he said there's no 2 rooms located near to each other available. I asked my friend and he said that he booked from his relative whom works in Grand Zuri. So? What a NICE coincidence.

Review 6：Decent sized clean and modern rooms. Hotel staff were friendly, and location was excellent for access to industrial area, without being too close to the noise.

Review 7：I ordered a room service chicken sandwich. The bread was stale, the chicken was burnt, they used nasty processed cheese in the sandwich and there was no salt and pepper to use on the fries. I ordered what I thought was going to be a BIG steak from the restaurant, I even asked how big the steak was, turned out to be a small amount of small steak pieces, that were very chewy and over cooked.

Review 30：The staffs are very friendly and patient attending to every of our requests. Towels are changed every housekeeping even though we kept it aside for the next use. The food in the restaurant is exceptional too. Overall, exceptional!
