Review 25:The owners of the farm. Warm and friendly. Excellent breakfast with a good choice menu. All fresh local produce - especially the strawberries that I had at breakfast! We both travel a lot with our work and this B&B is one of the nicest we've stayed in..
Review 26:Room, bathroom, breakfast, all excellent. Lots of little touches, chocolates, really nice biscuits, lots of toiletries, you don't need to bring your own. Free wifi in room.
Review 27:Excellent b& b, big country breakfast to set you up for the day. Room and bed excellent. Will use again. Plenty of parking. Down a narrow road but well worth visiting this b& b.
Review 28:The views from our room were to die for. Beautifully furnished and the best stocked bathroom of any B&B we have ever been. So many little touches and Kim was really friendly and helpful.
Review 29:Lovely weekend break in idyllic country side. The location is quite, and very homely. Kim made us feel right at home. The room was huge, clean, plush, and welcoming. Breakfast was very tasty (especially the yoghurt and fruit!). Kim went out of her way to help us out, and even sent back some stuff we left in our room! Overall very happy, and will be returning soon.
Review 30:I don't have any negative comments at all.
Review 31:From the initial very friendly welcome onwards, I couldn't have felt more comfortable and at ease. The comfort and facilities are very good and the breakfasts were delicious and well presented. Have already booked to go back, with my wife this time.

Review 33:Wonderful stay. Big bedroom with the most stunning view. Tim and Kim were lovely hosts and served us a perfect breakfast. In fact we enjoyed it so much we took the key with us when leaving (by accident!). Many thanks and will return next time we come that way.
Review 34:Nothing!!
Review 35:There is nothing to dislike. Warm, friendly welcome from Kim and Tim who can't do enough for you. Location is so peaceful. House is beautifully done out, room was spotlessly clean and well equipped. Comfy bed, tea & coffee making facilities with fresh milk available, plus biscuits and home made cakes! En-suite was good size and lovely with everything provided. Breakfast was amazing too with whatever you wanted! Well worth a visit.
Review 36:N9thing

Review 38:From the moment I arrived to the moment of departure everything was first class. The room was very comfortable and spacious, the breakfast first class, the service fantastic. I wish I could have stayed much longer.

Review 40:Leaving!
Review 41:Tim and Kim extend the warm welcome of their lovely farmhouse home to the beautiful B and B facilities they offer to their guests. Generous, spotless, with countless little extra touches, our room and other guest facilities were over and above expectations and a cut above the rest for a regular B and B user. The only downside, all of this really made it hard to leave! The offer to taxi locally when in need was such a lovely gesture and everything about Tim and Kim and their accommodation was genuine, generous and warm. I loved my stay and will be back !
Review 42:Warm welcome on arrival, very friendly people who were chatty but not invasive and eager to help with anything and everything. Fabulous breakfast provided each morning and lovely views of the Devon countryside. Could not recommend more highly. Will definitely be staying again!
Review 43:The only downside for us was it was slightly further further out from Tiverton than appeared on the map.
Review 44:Everything was superb from the moment we arrived to the moment we left.
Review 45:Nothing I didn't like
Review 46:The helpful and friendly hospitality of the landlady, the room was superb - so comfortable and clean and the breakfast wonderful
Review 47:Nothing it was great!
Review 48:Everything!! Cannot fault the place! Picturesque location, welcoming hosts, delicious breakfast! Lovely little extras in room too
Review 49:Best B & B we have ever stayed in- the most comfy bed in the world, beautiful bathroom, superb food, extremely friendly hosts, idyllic setting. We will definitely return.
Review 50:Hadn't realised our room wasn't ensuite or that the bed wasn't king size but probably my mistake when booking
Review 51:Lovely room and facilities in room, countryside location, quiet, breakfast, hosts.
Review 52:The hosts went out of their way to be friendly and helpful, and really made us feel at home. The room was comfortable, tasteful and well appointed. Although it is a fair way up a country lane and a little tricky to find, we viewed this as part of the experience and wouldn't hesitate to stay at Henbere Farm again.
Review 53:This B&B is great. We stopped here to break our journey en route to Cornwall. Everything was of a very high standard, fluffy towels, plush carpet and really comfortable bedding. There were nice little touches like homemade cake on arrival and fresh milk avaialble for making tea. The hosts were really friendly, told us lots about the area and gave a good dinner recommendation. The farm is peaceful. And the freshly cooked breakfast was yummy. I really liked the extra fruit/granola/yoghurt mix too. Can't falut our stay.
Review 54:Can't think of anything.
Review 55:The location was peaceful and set in beautiful countryside. The hosts were most welcoming and friendly. We had a roast dinner/supper which was superb as was the breakfast. All things considered a perfect stay.
Review 56:A a bit out of the way & not the easiest to find along narrow lanes, but some might that isolation as a positive.
Review 57:I'd seen the reviews here and elsewhere and I was hopeful that I'd found an acceptable alternative when other more central Tiverton accommodation was not available when visiting a family event. Well apart from being a bit out of the way & not the easiest to find, everything else was just perfect, from the Lemon drizzle cake with afternoon tea on arrival to the comfort, cleanliness & hospitality of host Kim & Tim. My wife as vegetarian was even asked to taste test a couple of options for veggie sausages, so if you don't like them, blame her & not them!
Review 58:Nothing.although we didn't like leaving !
Review 59:we were met by the owner sat down in front of the log burner and given tea with the most scrumptious lemon drizzle cake......the bedroom was very spacious and my wife is now insisting that we buy a bed the same as this B/B has.! The breakfast of organic products was the best we have ever eaten.....
Review 60:Loved everything
Review 61:Kim and tim ( the owners) were lovely, this place is a hidden gem, the farmhouse was beautiful , our room was spotless and the food was of a very high standard, I have stayed in four star hotels that were not a patch on Henbere farm
Review 62:Location is well off the beaten track (along a VERY narrow lane which is best tackled very slowly and in daylight). But that said, it was worth it.
Review 63:Property was beautiful in an idyllic setting with helpful owners and excellent food/company.
Review 64:The last 1.9 miles of lane to the farm are quite narrow, with passing places, caution should be exercised with regard to driving speed, be prepared to stop. Booking.coms directions from Tiverton need to be amended, very confusing, eg one instruction sais turn left which would take you into a business park when infact you need to go straight on, the following instructions after this junction are also vague and the actural route does not match the instructions
Review 65:peace, tranquility, beautiful rooms, lovely hosts
Review 66:There was nothing we didn't like. The whole experience from beginning to end was very good. The customer service attitude and hospitality was excellent.
Review 67:From the moment Tim picked us up from Bickleigh Mill we felt cared for. From the welcome cup of tea and delicious cake to meeting our various requests for washing and drying clothes and boots (we are walkers), free wifi, convivial conversation to the delicious meals we enjoyed, everything was delightful and easy. Henbere Farm B&B is in an idyllic location and we enjoyed the quiet tranquillity of this bucolic location. The pleasant surprise at breakfast of a wild visitor on the terrace was just lovely. Thank you so much Tim and Kim for making our stay with you such a memorable one. We would highly recommend your B&B and wish you every success in the future.
Review 68:This B&B is a little gem of a find. We were among the lucky few who managed to book a room at Henbere in time for a glorious Bank Holiday weekend stay. The owners, Tim and Kim, gave us a very warm welcome and accommodated us with great hospitality. They happily catered for vegans or meat-eaters, providing deliciously fresh, cooked-to-order breakfasts. The room's view was beautiful - looking out across their 100 acre farmland and rolling hills; it was modern, fresh and luxurious, with gorgeous Kelly Hoppen bedding, lindt lindor chocolates, bottled water and luxury branded shampoo/conditioner and body wash. We were really impressed by the owners' attention-to-detail and their friendliness throughout our stay. The B&B itself sits in an organic farm, with chickens, cattle, sheep and a resident peacock named Reg, who kept us entertained at breakfast - he loves peanuts! If you do get a chance to stay, here, please say hello from Matt and Sarah. We loved staying here on our cycling holiday and we're just deciding when we can go back!
