Reviews for Nora Norita

Review 1:The bathrooms are rather small, yet definitely clean, with fresh towels and so forth. Wifi connection is not always that stable on the second floor.

Review 2:The location is amazing! The staff is eager to ensure you have the best time ever: great tips as where to go for sightseeing, eating, etc... The rooms are great, very nice view over the bay. The most lovely beach only a few steps away. It was a great experience.

Review 3:The staff was really helpfull and polite. They were flexible with check in and check out time and managed to change our room from double to triple at the very last minute. We enjoyed the view of the room and its proximity to the center of Batsi while being located in a quiet spot, close to a small bay facing Batsi. Asked their tips for restaurants and beaches and they recommended the best.

Review 4:The bathroom unfortunately is very dated and needs a couple of repairs. We had an issue where one of the drains on the floor must have been a nest of millipedes and the first night about 20 crawled out and we kept having to catch them all night but it was fine after that. There was also loads of limescale in the kettle and pans. If you immerse them in vinegar overnight the limescale will lift. WiFi also very weak so a range extender is needed for upstairs. All these are minor points as we really enjoyed our stay.

Review 5:Stunning view from the balcony, very close to the shops with a cute little beach across the street. The host was incredibly attentive and the cleaning lady was very friendly. Many commodities offered, TV, ac, hair dryer, kettle, WiFi etc. Clean room with decent space.

Review 6:Position overlooking sea. Kitchen equipment great with coffee machine, sandwich maker etc. Rooms very clean. Short walk to lovely beach. Take the road rather than the steps. Great food nearby at Deep Blue. Bus driver drops you outside going but have to get a taxi back because of one way system.

Review 7:We were not informed, from our webpage booking, that the currentmanagement would not accept credit cards. In addition, in the town ofBatsi there is no longer a bank in place. There is, however, an atmmachine one could use. Your currency exchange to Euros has to be doneback at the port city (Gavrion), or the city of Andros (Hora). It becamenecessary for us to travel by bus to Andros(Hora), one hour away, to getchange for American dollars to pay for our hotel bill.

Review 8:Lovely beach near the hotel location. Beautiful panoramic views ofthe mountains surrounding Batsi Bay. Very relaxing and restfulexperience. Very clean. Great WI-Fi facility at the hotel. Polite andpleasant staff.

Review 9:The bathroom was pretty packed and therefore uncomfortable

Review 10:Very nice view and location, near to Batsi's center on foot, yet far enough to be quiet. Just above a very nice small swimming bay. Very clean, towels and sheets changed every other day. The landlord was very friendly and helpful.

Review 11:small bathroom

Review 12:Nice location very close to a small beach. Very good view of the sea and mpatsi town. Clean. Good and useful interraction with the receptionist Mrs Kallisti.

Review 13:Excellent location and very easily accessible to a lovely beach.

Review 14:Towels,bath curtain and small tv on a corner of the ceiling !

Review 15:The balcony with sea view

Review 16:Nice place. Nice rooms with seaview. Very good service.

Review 17:The Internet was very slow or not working at times.

Review 18:The location was ideal, we had a wonderful view from our balcony of the town and the beach. The small refrigerator and coffee maker was used and came in handy. Would stay again.

Review 19:Small shower

Review 20:Excellent location overlooking sea and small sandy beach. 10 minutes walk down hill along edge of sea to main beach with several tavernas providing delicious breakfast and good Greek family cooking. Comfortable double bed and large balcony

Review 21:Kitchenette equipment is pretty basic. Only one electricity plug for fridge, stove, water heater etc. Wireless Internet signal didn't make it to our room, needed to go closer to the reception. Rooms were not very clean, dust on the tile floor.

Review 22:Very nice location with view (from most rooms) towards the nearby beach and Batsi village. Friendly and helpful staff. On request the public bus stops in front of the hotel, very useful.

Review 23:The drain from the shower was mostly blocked and flooded the floor in the bathroom every morning. Yiannis wasn't around much to talk to about it.

Review 24:The view from the balcony across the bay to Batsi was gorgeous. Yiannis met me at the ferry and drove me to the hotel, recommended a great restaurant (Stamatis) and then arranged a hire scooter for me, despite the fact the hire shop wasn't open for the season yet.

Review 25:The very windy weather but it´s not a fault of Nora-Norita :-)

Review 26:The view from the balcony was exellent and the beach was fine with sandand rocks. Pity that the water in the sea was so cold that time inApril. But there are many good hiking paths in the neighborhood. The owner of the house is very nice and helpful. Warm greetings to Nora-Norita!!

Review 27:There are poor kitchenette equipment

Review 28:Beautiful view like on the pictures! The Street is between the Hotel and the beach, but little traffic. Coming from the port, you can ask the bus driver to stop just in front of the hotel. The beach is nice for a little swim, but you find much cleaner beaches3 km towards Gavrio (bus ) or by car all over the island. Boris from the Hotel is friendly and very help full, we had a car for rent in front of the hotel, the taxi the last morning and information about excursions.

Review 29:Very nice studio with a large balcony. Shops and beaches within easy walking distance.

Review 30:Slow internet connection. In addition, needs an extensive renovation as furniture is old.

Review 31:Cheap, friendly & close to Batsi.
