Review 1：The Aggelos Hotel is a well run family business perched on the waters edge with fabulous views. The operators and staff were fabulous and personal service and attention excellent. The premises was clean and well maintained. Short walk to Argostoli central and Ferry.

Review 8：The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They made everything perfect for our stay, helped us with renting a car, made the room available very early (we arrived at 7am), called us a taxi to the port... The view of the hotel is beautiful, the breakfast is delicious and the location is great (only a short walk to the city center). And it's a lot better to stay with this view than in the city center, our opinion.

Review 15：An extra lock on double sliding doors (not just a shutter hook lock) would give reassurance to paranoid customers like me on ground floor (Kefalonia is really safe but being on my own from England can make you edgy when travelling). Timing delay on electricity activated by room key would be helpful to avoid any fumbling around in the dark to lock and unlock front door. These are very minor things but I have stayed in other hotels in Argostolion as a comparison.

Review 16：The rooms were spotlessly clean with no aging and the breakfast was excellent. The staff were welcoming and views of Argostoli bay are amazing.

Review 17：Staff were excellent, extremely friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. This was our first stay in Kefalonia and we left totally relaxed and with an unforgettable experience. The view from our front bedroom overlooked the main Island and the Cruiseliner docking bay. A 10 minute walk along the bay took you right into the heart of Argostoli with all it's main attractions, restaurants, shops and places of interest.

Review 21：The first reason to choose this hotel was the location in front of the seaside and close to the main places like port and city centre. In our stay we have really appreciate the warm welcome of the staff, the variety of the breakfast and the evening peaceful by the balcony. We hope to come back!

Review 28：The hotel is a little away from the center of life in Argostoli but it has a wonderful view right on the water front and a balcony to relax overlooking at the water. My room was very nice and comfortable, mostly quiet as well. All the needed equipment is there including air-conditioning, hair dryer, TV and fridge. A good quality for the value.

Review 57：It was on the water although not really a beach. You could walk into town with a nice square with tavernas and a few good places to eat nearby. To get to the excellent beach nearby was only e6. We were 2 single ladies one with a sea view and one at the rear, both with balcony.

Review 58：We are very happy we chose this Hotel it is in a perfect location near the center and not noisy in the same time, you can see the sea from the balcony during your stay, it is near to the port and also many places to eat. Breakfast is very good with fresh fruits and the staff is very helpful and friendly. We felt like we are with our family. You can also ask for a transfer from the airport to the hotel and you will get a very fast response! We will come back!

Review 59：The breakfast isn't the best...It's continental breakfast, made up of the same things every day: bread, butter, ham, cheese, a piece of cake, a piece of fruit and coffee/tea, orange juice. Every day. for your entire stay...

Review 60：The hotel is just like many others in Greece: simple, clean, not too extravagant, but comfortable and nice. The staff was very kind and though they spoke basic English, did all they could to make us feel welcome. On our last day, the owner served us breakfast a half an hour earlier (normally breakfast started at 8 am), because she knew we were leaving in the morning so we could catch the first ferry off the island. The hotel is in a quiet area, not very far from the center (maybe a 20 minute walk/5 minute drive), overlooking the gulf.
