Review 1：Great location, overlooking the beach and sea, while having breakfast on the terrace. Just next to some restaurants in pittoresk village. Nice little pool. Hotel is better then it shows on the pirctures!

Review 2：not the best beach on Andros, recommend to visit Zorkos beach in the north of the island, which is amazing.

Review 3：Friendly and helpful staff, location is great, just in front of the beach, next to big free public parking, bars and restaurants. To be precise, everything is close as Batsi is very small. There is a grocery store nearby as well. Good place to discover the island.

Review 7：The location was excellent near the beach, also nice pool area was available. Breakfast was great. Local busses stopped just front of the hotel. Wifi worked well also in the room.

Review 11：Nothing. Just remember the Batsi is a quiet location so not suitable for groups of youngsters but ideal for families and romantic couples!

Review 12：Excellent location, really Shirley Valentine setting. The bay has enough to allow choice, probably a dozen tavernas and bar, to keep you entertained and the bay is shallow for quite a while so perfect for young children. We had an extremely relaxing time and thoroughly recommend.

The rooms were very well looked after with frequent changing of the sheets etc. The hotel was perfectly placed near the beach while the sun loungers poolside were the most comfortable we've ever experienced. Lots of tavernas within 5-10 walk of a very good standard. Would definitely return.

Review 14：We liked the location and by the end the staff became more friendly but they were not to start with, nor were they forthcoming in giving information about the island generally. The rooms have really dangerously low barriers and we could not use it, the shutters were weak consequently because it was very windy, they slammed continuously thus waking us up more than once at night. The beds were not comfortable and our view was poor. We couldn't eat breakfast outside because of the wasps and nothing seem to be done about them. We stayed in a 3 stars hotel in Zakinthos the year before and the difference between the hotels is huge, with Chryssy Akti being the worse.

Review 17：I love everything about this hotel! I loved being across the street from the beach. I loved the balcony of our room facing the ocean. The staff were all friendly and incredibly helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. I had an incredible time with my family.

Review 18：The Air condition was malfunctioning, The toilet was not clean when we arrived and the pillows were so soft that you could barely hold your head up. Moreover, outside the ground floor rooms it smells like toilet all the time. The breakfast was very poor with flies all over the place. Internet doesn't exist inside the rooms but only at the reception area.

Review 19：The hotel had a fair swimming pool and the rooms were somewhat good regarding the decoration. The location is very good as its in the center of everything in Batsi. Parking is also available from a public free parking.

Review 24：The rooms have not been renovated for many years apart from some very nice IKEA lamps. And the bathrooms are as ancient a Greece itself and tiny. When I asked for 2nd room key (consider we had a room that slept up to 4 people). I was referred to the Manager and owner of the hotel who said they only had one key to give. Further more the gentlemen in question informed me that he has travelled all over the world and this was quite normal. I told him I have probably travelled in a totally different world where I have never before come accross such an issue. Very unprofessional in the handling of my complaint clearly he doesn't have a clue of who to handle clients or run a hotel. He is fortunate enough to have a great location however. I was charged euro10 to launder a shirt and a pair of shorts, that where returned washed but not ironed. Which is very normal for this establishment apparantly. I could have had them washed and ironed in a Hilton for the same price. They have totally inadequate staff numbers for a hotel of 60+ rooms. And they did not have any maintenance staff on duty at all. We did not allow the managements lack of professonalism to spoil our short stay. But I would never recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. It is probably one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had anywhere in the world. The manager makes Basil Fawlty look like a star hotellier. As a fellow Greek, I would be ashamed to recommend this hotel to any visitor. Its a shame as the location deserves a better management and some substantial investment to renovate the premises and bring them to a standard people expect to have in todays world.

Review 27：Everything was fine. Incidentally, a good place for dinner (it doesn't open for lunch) is the "Lagudera" restaurant, at the far end of the beach from the main square and harbour. It's only 5 minutes walk from the harbour, the food is good, and it's so close to the water that you can hear the waves

Review 28：The bathroom was really small. The toilet next which means that the waterfall sends small water drops on it. The shower was surrounded by curtain and all water was going out of the curtain with a result of plenty of water on the floor. under the bed was a lot of dust. The TV was not very high and couple of times i crashed my head on it during night while i was coming inside from the balcony.

Review 29：Lcation. Personnel very professional and kind / polite. Rooms were on a good condition. They had no problem to have guests with pets no matter if they had been a dog or a cat. Price was ok.

The location is amazing - right next to the sea shore. The beach is beautiful and has chairs and umbrellas. The water is majestic blue. The town (all within walking distance) has a good balance of tourist shops, tavernas, traditional homes (especially, up the cliff in the back streets), fresh fruit, and night life (for the younger at heart). Overall, this is a small, quiet Greek island village. Also, a summer (open roof) cinema (with new movies every night). Beautiful, peaceful.
