Review 1：Our stay was perfect. We had a warm welcome from Agamemnon. The room has a big balcony with see view. It was clean and had a quiet and convenient location. We would recomand!

Review 2：Location was great with Taverna's nearby but main shopping area and restaurants only 5 mins walk away. Staff very friendly and helpful offering useful tips for our stay. Room kept clean and liked the small fridge for keeping drinks chilled. Great value if you're looking for a base to go and explore the delights of Kefalonia.

Review 3：Only one thing - the wi fi is only available in the reception/communal area - not in the rooms.

Review 4：The owner and the staff of King Agamemnon went out of their way to be helpful and friendly. I was even invited out for the owner's birthday celebrations and when my car incurred a small dent, he went with me to the garage to get an estimate and sorted it all out. His partner constantly presented me with gifts such as grapes from their vineyard, cakes and wine. On my last day I was given some wine and some olive oil and they bought me breakfast. I cannot say enough good things about the owner and his team. They made my stay what it was - perfect!

Review 6：The hotel has everything that is need, comfortable bed, free wifi and location close enough to the night life. You can breakfast on the terrace.

Review 7：We stayed for one night and I guess we got the least privileged room of the hotel: on the basement, on the back side of the building, window looking to a side-street, and for this the room was really warm. There was air-conditioning of course but because of personal health issues we didn't use it. The room space was just enough to go around the bed but ok for one night. The young lady at the reception was very helpful but the older man was too "friendly" and "relaxed"... We had to ask explicitly for a receipt although it's their duty to give one, especially once we paid in advance, the afternoon before we checked-out.

Review 10：Great room #107 overlooking the bay with balcony. The host/owner Agamemnon offered suggestions of places to visit and see. He was also willing to source additional services such as cars or tours. He also provided details of a place to get a delivered or takeaway breakfast for 2.50E

Review 11：Not a good ventilation in the bathroom but it was not really a problem as we only stayed one night.

Review 12：The staff was very nice and accommodating. The room was simple but nice and clean. There is no breakfast but heaps of cafes around the hotel. The wifi was a bit weak in the room but apparently worked well in the lobby. The receptionist had very poor English but was very nice and really made and effort to communicate with us. The owner of the place was very nice too, he offered me to use his laptop as I had connection probs with my computer.

Review 15：King Agamemnon is a small guesthouse in a quiet location opposite the port of Argostoli. The location is very convenient for both parking and to take the ferry to Lixouri. The guesthouse is simple, but rooms are clean and comfortable. The owner of King Agamemnon is a very nice gentleman with a fluent English (he lived many years in Canada) and will dispense you useful advices on the best destinations and the best restaurants on the island of Kefalonia.

Review 33：On purpose I chose somewhere more expensive than the average rate, however was highly dissapointed with state of our room! It was dirty, it was hardly livable. The room smelt of stale smoke the floor was full of dust and hair, I would be surprised if the room hadn't been cleaned it or opened since last summer! I cleaned the shower with disinfectant and I still wore my thongs! The pictures look nothing like it... plus we paid extra for a room with a view! Total waste of money as I was too uncomfortable to sit in the room

Review 37：Customer service is unbeatable. The owner goes absolve and beyond to provide the best service and comfort. He created an entire itinerary with suggestions on the best beaches, sites and restaurants. The rooms are very cute and clean. The view is amazing. We got upgraded to a room with sea view for the price of a regular room as it was not high season and they had some availability. We were not expecting this, it was such a great plus!
