Review 1：they should let me choose wich floor id like to stay. they shouldnt even follow my instructions wn i asked for view. concierge shd always look after guest benefit..they charge us very high amount just for 2 places we wr asked by security people our bags every time wn enter the hotel..and that was annoying.

This is an Absurde , In my Case here , I sent My employeeAnna Chinnik and the amount that was supposed to be paid is aed 1709 .They simply charged 3594,26 (as per the message I received on my Mobile), it is really unacceptable . and then total of the Bill was us$ 777 ,and I didnt receive any message about the difference

Review 5：Staff very welcoming. especially those at reception desk. Check in and check out take only few minutes. The hotel is clean and this is very important to me.

Review 6：The housekeeping and other servers keep saying comments that indirectly mean they expect tips. My wife was not allowed in the swimming pool because she is veiled. Although her swimming suit was not made of cotton. We are now in a hotel in the Philippines and she was allowed to swim, and all the other girls in bikinis. We did not like the discrimination.

Review 11：Patio door didn't lock. Had to wait for an hour before I was given a different room. Room service was a bit slow with in-room dining. The air conditioning controller was so old that the illustrations were wiped out. Free wifi is no longer available despite being advertised on Booking.com

Review 13：on checking in i was given a room with very bad AC , the room was hot & staff insisted it will be better , so from 8 pm to 1 am i changed 4 rooms , so i was very tired & wanted to move to another hotel when they last gave me a good room but different view . (the worst part is reception staff was making fun of it ).

Review 15：The Marylyn restaurant was the worst experience ever. It has no right to be in a 5 star hotel. We arrived late at night feeling very hungry and tired, so we opted for a quick meal. It took more than half an hour and when it eventually arrived it was cold and inedible. We returned it twice - still arrived cold so we cancelled the order. They were apologetic and gave us some mini lemon meringue pies to take away - they were also disgusting. Needless to say we went to bed tired and hungry. We returned to the hotel a week later for a follow-up interview. The bathroom scales were broken, the mirror light did not work, there were no dental kits and no bathrobes. The fridge/mini bar was completely empty. There were no complimentary slippers. We paid extra for a room overlooking the pool, but it was very noisy because of the music. After mentioning these things to the Duty Manager the music was turned off and our dental kits were sent up and the scales were replaced. Presumably the other short comings were rectified the following morning, but we were only staying the one night. :(

Review 16：The reception area very spacious and clean. We loved the Le Marche Bistro. The staff were so friendly especially Ahmed Hassan, who made excellent recommendations and made us feel special. He is a waiter with managerial potential. Loved the pools, the sauna, steam room and jacuzzi . Staff extremely friendly without being over familiar. :)

He returned the most of the amount and left for him tips. His wxcuse was that there was no change! He did not even say good bye or see you later in our hotel or even safe trip. Restaurants are very expensive and there is no toomuch options in the buffet to choose from! Wifi is very slow at the hitel room as well as at the lobby. I have to re-enter my wifi password everytime i use it. It disconnects me from time to time. It did not work for several time, when i checked with hotel front desk i was told that there is a maintenance going on for WiFi! The limousine drivers at the hotel always say that they do not have change to get the change of the amount! It is not a professional way ti get tips in a five star hitel. If i like the service provided i would have guven them and front desk staff tips they deserve!

It was very disappointing and we felt mislead by your information. Finding alcoholic beverage in the room felt very awkward and annoying in a non secular country.

Review 51：couldnt sleep early. I was given a room in the ground floor. Every night starting 10:00pm some chairs and tables are moved from the pool side to another location. You can imagine the ground roaring under you and noise.This will end by 11:30pm, before that dont think of sleeping.

I didn't like that!! cause I couldn't leave my kids n go to the other nice pool..

Review 60：the hotel's new buildings ( the towers) are very nice n chic.. a good variety of restaurants ( almost all kind of cuisines) .. the room is nice n clean .. n the adults pool is nice.. the staff r nice n was wiling to solve any problems right away.. the hotel is near an area with lots of restaurants.. n also there 's a very nice mall very near to the hotel..
