Review 1：Out of three nights there they had blaring outdoor techno until the late hours for two nights (wed and fri) catering to a young rent a crowd of yachities, way too loud, way too cheep and nasty, and not even very good dance music. No advance warning no apologies for keeping our kids up until 3am and no attempt to let us know in advance that it was going to happen.

Review 2：Stunning location great outlook over the yachts. As its the main fuel stop for the island there is an endless procession of boats docking and taking off, good boat porn.

Review 5：I can't tell any pros of this hotel but the location. During ourstay we felt that the owner of this hotel wants to save money on: 1,breakfast -the worst part of the hotel, do not ever eat there, or askfor halfboard service!- Breakfast was dried white bread, 1 or 2 type ofthe worst quality of cold cuts, cucumber or tomato, and scrambled eggs.And also there was a few slice of cake, which had last from the previousnight's dinner. 2, Cleaning: During our 6 nights stay they cleanedour room twice, however we put out the "Clean the room" slabon the door evey day 3, There is not enough parking place for the cars,you have to park at the top of the hill about 150 m away from the hotelin the jungle, where nobody take after of your car. 4, The rooms: oldfurniture, with huge old tv without english channels, very-very dirtyfloor mats, In the bathroom the tap was broken. It seem, that ifanything goes wrong, noone will ever fix it, the hotel is beingamortized. They don't have twin bed, so our baby was sleepingbetween us in the hole. If you Don't ask for "see viewroom", you won't have air conditioner, and won't sleepduring the night because of the warmth. 5, It is clear that the owner iswork with students, for very little money. They were kind and helpful,and it seemed that they felt shame on themselfes because of the bigamount of complaints. We felt sorry for them, it was not their fault.During our stay there was always someone at the reception desk tocomplain for something. The most pictures was taken in the restaurantnear the sea. But the hotel milna is actually situated in a different(amortized old) building abuot 50 m higher on the hill!! If you take a"see view" room on the groundfloor, you won't see anythingfrom the sea covered by trees and bushes!This hotel can only exist because of it's good location.

Review 13：location - too far out from anything and the walk from the hotel to any kind of beach is too long. it says you have a private beach but really its a slope with a few pebbles leading to the sea with about 4 sun beds. it is also no where near the ferry drop off point and the taxi driver ripped us off. Go to Bol.

Review 17：The breakfast is ok but perhaps a little stingey. They had a very loud party for the yachties on both saturday nights which can be a bit disturbing if you are not into that type of scene. The walk into town is a tad long but ok. You have to walk past a smelly fish cannery. The hotel restaurant is not as good as options in town. A fridge in the room would have been handy.

Review 18：Location by the harbour is very nice. In particular the breafast dining area is really nice. The hotel is good value for money. People are nice. Milna is a small pretty town that hasnt been over-developed yet but has enough action to keep you entertained. Milna is a boating and yachting hub. We enjoyed watching them roll in and out of the harbour.

Review 21：The only complaint is something the hotel have no control over....the fish works on the walk into the tow....the stench when passing is horrendous. Hold your breath for the few minutes passing. It is also difficult to find or access as it is up a narrow windy road. And parking is very sparse, just a handful of spaces.

Review 22：We chose Brac because it was said to be quieter than Islands like Hvar and so it was. We also picked Milna for the same reason ( & also for the value of Hotel Milna) and Milna is very very quiet!! The Hotel is situated just outside the town on a hillside so all the rooms seem to have a great view of the sea. The downside of being on a hillside is the many steps and with no elevator it does suit disabled or elderly. But near everywhere in Croatia is on a hill and has many steps!! The hotel is relatively new and so is nice and clean & fresh. The room was basic but a good size with a reasonable sized bathroom. The air con was great and simple to control. The balcony is private with full walls on each side. The breakfast is served in a nice but functional restaurant. Tho there are a few tables out on the terrace overlooking the harbour but early risers get those :) The buffet breakfast was nice if a little basics but eggs can be done to order. The hotel's pier is the only sunbathing area but that is no different to a hotel pool. The few lounge chairs were welcome (& a few more would be even more so!) !! And you will have to go past to get to the restaurants in the tiny town. Recommend Palma & Gajeta. The drive across Brac from Supetar was spectacular, a if a little hair raising in spots! And the drive to Sumartin for the ferry was just as good. (Tip: if going for the car ferry from Sumartin to Makarska arrive I plenty of time has it has a limited vehicle capacity of about 25 cars. We arrived an near two hours ahead and were the last allowed on with many refused and having to wait hours for the next)

Review 35：Overall we did not enjoy our stay. Hotel lacks in both facilities and an elevator. We were on the very top floor with a few suitcases. No other guests were there at the time. Rooms interior very dull. Beach very poor. Right on harbour not a private beach whatsoever all boats passes through dangerous for swimming and cleaniness. No cocktails at the 'cocktail' bar.

Review 41：Just amazing escape with friendly staff! Made all the difference. I would recomend this hotel to anyone staying in Milna, Brač. The food was devine with quite a bit to choose from. Rooms were tydied on a daily basis which you do see in many places. If any of the staff are reading this I thank you for making our stay amazing.

Review 42：The breakfast is unbelievably poor. No croissants, biscuits, cakes, pies, pastries. This didn't spoilt my holiday of course, as the place is so wonderful, but I think that the breakfast should be improved urgently. The wifi internet is often weak.

Clean rooms (even the basic rooms, without air-con, are never hot and offer a pleaant view on the pine trees), amazing location, excellent on-site restaurant (also reasonably priced), friendly staff. Review 50：Nice, comfortable and very tidy room with balcony and sea-view; the air-conditioning worked a treat (though mostly there was no need for it);the room was cleaned daily.Free WIFI available throughout, playground with swings and sandbox was particularly great for our kid, small beach with deck chairs and gorgeous views; there is a path to the left of the beach that leads to nearby bays – great for a walk. Breakfast was continental+ buffet style (a nice, fresh selection plus any type of cooked eggs are made to request). The terrace bar has a large selection of drinks and cocktails at reasonable prices. The hotel is in quiet surroundings, a pleasant 15-20 min walk from the centre of Milna. If you have any questions, ask reception - they gave us some good tips! Overall the service was impeccable: we travel a lot and have to say that we rarely received such welcoming, professional, responsive and courteous service as from all of the staff of this hotel. We had wonderful stay at Hotel Milna and overall a relaxing holiday in a beautiful location - we recommend it. (Barbara)

Review 51：The hotel was a bit tricky to find. We arrived by ferry from Hvar andthe ferry terminal is at the opposite side of the port from the hotel.We had to walk the entire circumfrence of the large port in the middaysun, 35c, this was most unpleasent whily carrying luggage. When you getthe the marina entrance you then go up a hill and the road splits inthree. But the hotel is not sign posted at this point. You must follow asignpost saying '600m' and then one saying '100m' tofind the hotel although this is not very obvious. I presume that sincethe hotel has only just opened its doors that they will eventually signit properly.The hotel would do well by offering a bus shuttle service from the port to bring people to the hotel for at least the first trip. I would recommend hiring a car if you plan on doing any touring while staying at this hotel. If you have mobility problems you will find walking to this hotel very difficult, especially in the heat.

Review 52：The hotel has been closed since 2008 and only reopened its doors threeweeks ago. It has clearly received a fresh lick of paint and revamp sothe airconditioning was brand new and excellent!! The staff wereextremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. We had a lovely spacioussea view room with huge balcony, it was very nice. The breakfast onoffer was a simple continental style affair but had loads of freshfruit, pastries, cheese, ham and bread - there was also an option tohave eggs cooked however you like them.The main reason I am giving this hotel a high recommendation is that we had booked for three nights and our flights were changed at the last minute so we needed to check out after two nights. The hotel only charged us for the nights we actually stayed even though they were entitled to charge us for the full duration of our booking. I thought this was incredibly decent and honest, not many hotels would have been so kind. There is a nice bar in this hotel with exquisite views of the harbour. Just below this you can go swimming. A beautiful setting.
