Review 1：On the minus side, the staff does not speak English or French, only German. It does not have an elevator, which makes it quite difficult to carry one's luggage up the stairs (there was no offer from the staff to bring the suitcases upstairs). The air inside is very warm and humid, probably because of the humidity from the thermal spa in the vicinity. We notified the concierge that one of the lamps was not working, they acknowledged, but nobody came to replace it. Also, the waitresses and reception staff are interchangeable, since the restaurant and lobby are one and the same area. That makes the service not attentive enough, no one came to ask whether we liked the food, and no waitress came to refill our glasses or ask whether we wanted to order something more. Finally, the breakfast, which is smorgasbord, lacks enough variety. During our stay, they served frankfurters, omelette, ham, fried eggs, jam, butter and honey, mayonnaise and ketchup but no mustard, and had two machines for fruit juices and coffee/hot chocolate. The bread selection was limited to buns and sliced bread. Fruits consisted of unripe pears, apples and oranges.

Review 2：The hotel is brand new, and located within walking distance from the thermal baths. The rooms are tidy, and have safe deposit boxes, the furniture and fittings are generally of good quality, although the bed mattresses are not perfect. Good a la carte food, and the place was the only one in town still serving food after nine pm on Saturday. Included breakfast. It has a superb wellness center, with sauna and jacuzzi, and the staff is generally attentive and nice. The hotel has its own free parking lot. All in all, decent value for money, and a pleasant stay, in spite of the small minuses we listed underneath. Would definitely go back.

Review 3：I would like to share some recommendation to the owner or site manager: maintainance would help to be increased to keep hotel rating. We have selected this hotel also for very good rating on booking, but I am affraid if the maintainance would be so sleepy it will also influence quests ratings. Examples: Sauna door do not close properly, some lights were not changed for (broken bulbs), missing water in barrel - wellnes area (all time empty), cold water in 1 of 2 whirpools (maybe on purpose due to sauna). Staff friendly, but should pay more attention to the restaurant guests when empty glasses are the only things left on the dinner table.

Review 4：new and clean, very close to the thermal spa (we have visited the city for the reason of visiting thermal spa). It is obvious the place was built recently, so everything looks new and clean. Comfortable beds. Nice bar. Live electric piano music played durring dinner time - nice and romantic. It was no issue to get accomodated earlier than 13:00. Very friendly staff. No disturbing noises, no traffic, good time night during sleep. Overall feeling very good!
