Built on one of the highest points of the traditional settlement of Afytos, the Achtis Hotel offers view of the Toroneos gulf and fully equipped rooms with balcony with pool view.

Review 1：The personal friendly service, the initial welcome and help with finding them in the pouring rain at midnight. Breakfast was excellent, the choice amazing. Relaxing, our room on the second floor had a wonderful view. Our bed very comfortable. When we left we were presented with a lovely pie (I had said how much I had enjoyed it.)

Review 8：By far the warmest welcome greeting from a hotel staff, I knew I hit jack pot with this hotel from day one! The staff was so friendly and helpful, I started to feel uncomfortable! JK :) these folks are lovely. The hotel itself is amazing for its size, it has all everything you need for a joyful and comfortable vacation, whether that would be the soft beds, the amazing decor in and around the hotel, or the tasty Greek cuisine available here. Travel advice: if you plan to stay at this hotel make sure you make your reservation a year upfront - that is how good this hotel is.
Review 9：This hotel is pretty much faultless. The only area that could possibly be improved would be to have some nicer, bigger beach towels available.
Review 10：The personalized service is second to none, the gardener and housekeeper even waved us goodbye when we lef. Staff are exceptional. Breakfast is really good with lots of homemade treats. The rooms are individually furnished and tastefully decorated. It was really useful to have a fridge in the room. The pool is lovely and loungers are comfortable. The short walk to the village is well worth it, to experience traditional Greek food. The food in the hotel restaurant is very good and the price of food and drink in the hotel is very reasonable.

The hotel facilities are excellent, with a good size pool and gardens, plus the food was top class every time. We would definitely stay at Achtis again.

Review 20：The perfect place to relax. Beautifully maintained grounds surround a tranquil pool. There is a quiet corner for every guest. The hotel management and staff always exceed with hospitality. There is no such thing as a last day at Achtis, you will always want to come back.
Review 21：-bad design of the sink leads to flow of water on the floor of the bathroom -water stays on the floor of the bathroom and even flows into the room. -usual rainy and windy weather in October in afitos limits the pleasure you get from the facilities of the hotel such the pool although it is not sth related with the hotel

Review 24：*very poor lighting in our room. we couldn't see properly at night *our room and generally indoor areas were very humid and misty and not properly ventilated (our clothes and bed sheets had an almost wet feeling to them every day) *not enough towel hangers in our room (only one small bar for the small towels) *for 7 days, whilst having a shower, the water would change temperature dramatically from cold to very hot and then to very cold again! *average dining food

Review 27：The Hotel is one of the best I have stayed in, which being a seasoned traveler and working in many countries is saying something. The Hotel is well set out, the decorations are super with an attention to detail which is only done by people who care for their hotel and customers. The staff are the best I have come across, so friendly and helpful, they are a credit to themselves and the hotel.

Review 43：It is quiet simple to explain the secret behind the Achtis: great hosts, great staff, great location, beautiful village (Aphitos), amazing people all around... Every minute you spend in this hotel, you can feel people love what they are doing there and they are doing it really really good! It is a great spot to start your explorations of Chalkidiki (great rental car offers from the airport) and within 45 minutes you are in Thessaloniki. Keep going like that!

Review 45：This hotel is weather-dependant. It works well in sunny, warm weather, e.g., the floors in our rooms are stone/marble, the dining area is an open terrace, which can be closed in. Not recommended for cold, wet weather, which is actually atypical, but which was the case while we were staying there. For the first time the air-conditioning system had to be switched to heating.
