Review 1：+ nice people + just in between beach & city centre, but it's like 15 minutes walk

Review 2：- no air condition - rooms look a little old - you can hear everything that is going on in room next to you - don't accept credit cards

Review 6：stayed overnight during our tour with bikes arround the Balaton; the owner allowed us to park the bikes in the house (maybe to keep the yard free for 10+ motorbikes, and other bikes staying there at the same time); friendly staff; clean room; walking distance to the old town, restaurants (unfortunatelly mainly closed on that evening due to the 1 May holiday) and to the city park (there has been a kind of a big fair all over the park that day); would stay again :)

Review 7：Breakfast without any fruit juice, too much meat, mould in the jam, refrigerator outside the room, too much hot in the room, very noisy tap, unhinged rolling shutter.

Review 8：The stay was wonderful, however I found the breakfast a bit overpriced. 5 euro (~1500 ft) for a meat egg and vegetable breakfast it a bit too much.

Review 10：Bring your own soap (there is none) - I think at least some liquid soap should be provided on the bathroom sink. The sheets are in tee-shirt style cotton which is not very soft.

Review 11：The triple room (42 E) has a kitchenette which is practical. Double rooms are large enough to have armchairs or sofa (32E) so this is a good value. The owner is helful, providing information on restaurants or touristic places. The breakfast was better than anticipated (due to poor photo on the site): we had eggs made on demand and good orange juice; coffee & tea were good as well. All rooms have or can have a fridge. Pets are welcome.

Review 14：Guest House Mortitz is located not far from Balaton Lake. Our apartment was big, comfortable and well-equipped. Staff was friendly and helpful. Moritz is such a good place for holiday. I recommend it!

Review 15：Nothing, really. I understand the comments on towels, which strike me as trivial. Don't pass this place up just because the towels could be newer. Also, some rooms do not have balconies, if that is critical to you.

Everyday cleaning of rooms. You can pay in huf or eur - orboth, owner is also using standard conversion rates. We were verysatisfied with our accomodation!

Review 27：The manager was very helpful at all times. He did everything to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable even providing an umbrella when it rained. The breakfast was delicious and great value.

Review 69：The room was not clean - we killed several spiders. Breakfast was OK, but the food was left out for too long. Did not look fresh when you wanted to eat after 9AM. The WIFI did not work (very unstable). The nearest beach is full of children, music, playgrounds, and fast food. Great if that's what you're looking for; not so great if you're looking for a quiet place to relax.

Review 79：Nothing particularly, but I would say that there isn't generally tea or coffee making facilities in the hotel and guest house rooms in Hungary outside of Budapest. This would be a very welcome extra in the rooms as us Brits do like our cuppa first thing in a morning when we wake up!

Review 80：We received a very warm friendly welcome on arrival from the owner Paul and his assistant Leo (Laszlo). The little personal touches and the friendly chats we had with both gentlemen at breakfast or on an evening were what made staying in a guest house more personable than a hotel. We were asked at breakfast each morning if we wanted an omelette and as I folded mine over the on the first occasion then this is how it was provided for me on the following day. Paul even went with my husband to the petrol station to assist him filling our hire care which was most helpful. Paul even offered to take us out of town to try out some local authentic restaurants if we wanted.

Review 81：This was a very comfortable guest house with Herr Moritz a fine and helpful host. Most rooms have a balcony and some have kitchens. It is close to the lakeside and to the town centre. The on-site bikes are really good and the area is bicycle friendly.

Review 82：The guest house has large comfortable en-suit rooms, with fridges &some with a small kitchen. Optional continental & cooked breakfast isavailable. Several bikes are available to loan. The host and hisassistant showed exceptional hospitality in helping to organise &host an English / Hungarian family reunion. They made many telephonecalls on our behalf and assisted with translation when we hadlanguage difficulties. We are very grateful for their hospitalityduring our visit.

Review 83：The wifi was not consistent in the room so I had to sit on the porchwhere others were talking. I found that rude on my part but in my room Ikept loosing it.

Review 85：- No ventillation in the bathroom therefore the bathroom smell spread in the whole room despite of frequent airing through windows. It was extremely disturbing. - Very low wifi signal strength - wifi internet practically not working - No shower head holder (it was broken). You had to shower by holding the shower head in your hand - No air conditioning which would have been great in 38 degrees Celsius - Breakfast sometimes had only cucumber as a vegetable (other times tomatoes or green pepper which would have been great if provided every morning)
