Review 1：View was great. Room spacious & great to have kids in own area with own tv. Breakfast great & staff friendly. Walking distance to beaches & other eateries.

Review 2：Wi-Fi didn't seem to work well throughout the apartment, had to be in a particular spot to get strong signal. Stay for 6 nights and only provided with one dishwashing powder for dishwasher, one small detergent for dishes and one chux dish cloth. Bin was also not very clean with spare bin liners stuck to the inside bottom of the bin.

Review 3：The location was amazing. Great for families. The room was spacious with plenty of room for the four of us. Having Breakfast included in the price was excellent and very convenient. Will definitely be back again.

Ensuite didn‘t have a door which was not comfortable at all. The key was troublesome and not user friendly had hard time to see family on different floor.

Review 38：We had a three bedroom, dual key apartment, in 1 bedroom the TV was on child lock which they knew about so they brought us another TV, the sliding door to the balcony in the same bedroom couldn't be unlocked, they came and unlocked it for us, but then you locked it and same problem again, the microwave in the main kitchen was on child lock and it stayed that way, the bar fridge freezer was all iced up and the fridge door wouldn't close properly, the whole apartment needs general attention, the cleanliness of the 1 bedroom apartment was very average, however the staff were always helpful

No shower curtain, so bathroom flooded every day. Reception has essentially bank hours, so can't chase up problems or ask questions after hours.

Review 60：As a young couple the one bedroom room suited us perfectly. The pool, spa and sauna were amazing and made the trip extra fun. Our room was opposite the beach and we had an amazing view. Had restaurants and shops either down below or near to the hotel.

Review 65：Very modern furniture, spacious rooms, new beds with new linen, very comfortable. The modern kitchen was full sized and had large supply of kitchen crockery and equipment. The bedrooms were spaced apart and separate toilet was very convenient. All apartments faced in different directions away from each other so balcony was completely private and rooms were peaceful and quiet. Would like to holiday there every visit. Location is in the heart of everything walking distance. Very clean and well maintained

Review 66：Easy to get to and undercover parking available. Across the road from the beach. The coastal walkway is great. A lovely Italian restaurant on the ground floor with good service and great food.

Review 67：Given an incorrect room then we booked for, staff weren't very helpful, tried to blame it on us even though it was there huge mistake and we had documentation as proof, quite rude about the situation. Got our money back and stayed elsewhere.

Review 68：Easy access to some great restaurants all within walking distance. Parked the car in the secure garage and left it there during our 2 night stay. Really enjoyed our time here.

Review 69：The bed had a join down the middle, it was very hard. Tiled floor made the unit noisy, as did the shutters for bedroom 'walls'. The shower over the spa is dangerous and with no glass or curtain wets much of the bathroom. Though titled ocean view, the 1st floor does not have one. The people next to us kept smoking, the only way to keep the smoke out of our unit was to close the door (no other windows). Some external maintenance is overdue. Part of the rest for choosing this unit was so I could rest and relax 'sleep' while not working. It did not happen in this unit. I will go back to the cheaper one up the road that has a great view, carpet and real doors.

Review 71：The only fault was minor and wouldn't count for 99.9% of travelers but the pillows weren't as good as the ones at home. Memory foam doors wonders!

Review 72：Was attending a two day course in the function center and decided to stay for a couple of nights, early arrival which want an issue and was accommodated with all requests, nothing was to hard or seemed like a hassle. Fantastic front of house staff. Room very clean with a great view, spa bath, kitchenette balcony and air con, you can feel the effort and hard work that had gone in to making this place such a joy to stay at.

To make it worse the balcony was out of glass so we had no privacy at all. Had to have the curtains shut pretty much the whole time. The spa inside the bathroom didn't work for us and is basically a bathtub big enough for 1 person.

Review 86：The location is great. It's far enough away from the township of Caloundra so it's not to busy. So many great places to wine and dine at which you can walk to. The view from the roof top apartment was amazing.

Review 106：The view is fantastic, overlooking the park and King's Beach. The one bedroom apartment was fully equipped, clean, spacious and private. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Would loved to have stayed longer.

Review 107：We had to wait one and a half hours after advertised check-in time before we were told room was ready, and then a further 15 minutes at the door waiting while cleaning was actually finished. The balcony still had beer bottle and rubbish from previous tenant. Overall, the apartment was not cleaned to a high standard.

Review 109：Everyone had swipe key issues. We didn't want to go out at night as anyone could close the main door which is for 2 separate apartments. Our swipe key would only allow us into our apartment and could not be used on the main door for the 2 separate apartments, so if someone locked the main door, we then could not get to open our apartment door. The people in the other room had the opposite scenario, there card would let them into the main door and not there apartment. In other complexes we've always been able to use the same card for both doors. They said they were getting a new card machine. Hopefully that fixes that.

Review 115：room was at level with pool so was noisey and some rooms has direct access to pool but we had to walk a maze to get out to there unless we jumped our glass fence. air con above bed was bad as it blew right on you all the time no matter how you adjusted it. tv stopped working, staff were happy to fix it but i turned it off at the wall and it reset and worked again, it was also too high and a bit small. crumbs left all inderneath toaster in cupboard that we never used. a lot of smokers in resort so that blew in our only door / window that also had no screen. car park was confusing, did not know where to park,mand was a maxe trying to find our room and elevator

Review 117：A tired place that is poorly maintained. Reception hours are ridiculously short on weekends. After hours check in was an impossibility. The apartments are small with very little living space.

Need new mop head; one day bed is broken; an extension cord would be useful. I left something important in the unit, notified reception on the day I left, no follow up.

Review 135：The location is good - close to the beach and facilities like restaurants - coffee shops and small convenience store although this was very expensive. Unit was comfortable for a two day stay. Easy walking along the boardwalk - plus into town.
