Review 1：Not a perfect view if you are staying at the back appartments as there is no garden at the back of the hotel.

Review 13：The Stamos Hotel is a very comfortable and cosy hotel close to the village center ( by foot 5 min. max.) and only a nice walk away from the beautiful beaches around Afitos - but far away from the exciting and pictureque town ( life music, greek bands, excellent restaurants, a lot of shops) so you can have a calm and relaxing stay by night!! The rooms are clean and the interior has a modern touch. We had a room with a ballkony. Therefore we had a super view thanks to the area around the pool which is romanticaly illuminated with candels and light by night. The brackfast is ok. Review 16：The hotel is in a quiet location but still only a 2 minute walk into the heart of the town and a 5 minute stroll down to the beach. The owner and staff made us feel very welcome like we were staying at their house. The bathroom was much better than any other Greek hotel we have stayed in. We would definitely stay there again.

Review 18：Wonderful and peaceful location on edge of the beautiful Afytos but only a short walk to the village Centre and the Beach. We had one of the refurbished rooms which was very comfortable and which even had a small kitchen area with electric kettle, crockery, cutlery etc. and a full size fridge, which we found extremely useful. The en suite facilities were luxurious with corner power shower with sliding glass door. The best I have ever known in a Greek hotel. The bed was so comfortable too. Everything was spotlessly clean in the rooms and public areas. Lovely gardens and pool area tended with loving care by Mr. Stamos Senior. The bar serves very tasty bar snacks and icecream/drinks at very reasonable prices and in the evenings the friendly owner Thanasis joined us for a drink and chat and will organise car hire for you from a local firm. He also arranged a taxi for us to the airport for only 65 euro and when it arrived it was a Mercedes Benz!!! A perfect end to a perfect holiday.

Review 27：It's a beautiful, small place with a big, clean pool that's neatly lit in the evening - see the photos. Free wifi, plentiful and varied breakfasts, a few steps to the beach, a bar that's open late in the evening and a very polite and friendly owner who resembles Javier Bardem very much :] Some 50 meters to a well equipped supermarket, another 50 to a restaurant that was lively, if not crowded at midnight in October. And with live music, too. A gem of a place, both the town and the hotel.

Review 28：The hotel manager was a great host especially sitting with us at the end of the evening having a nightcap! We stayed at Stamos because of the location as we were visiting our son who works nearby in another resort.... Will be back next year!

The staff made our stay with their friendliness and willingness to oblige.They also organised a local taxi driver to pick us up at the airport in Thessaloniki for only 65 euros, which was great value.I would recommend this hotel highly.

Review 34：We spent 7 nights at The Stamos Hotel in Afitos and loved it! Our room was amazing and beautifully decorated to a very high contemporary finish with lovely fittings & fixture and a TV to die for. Our room had a lovely balcony looking over the pool area and the sea too. People have said the breakfast is limited but my family and I was happy enough with it. The sun rise was breath taking as was the sunset from our balcony. Pool was great and very well kept, and beautifully lit at night. The village of Afitos is a traditional Greek fishing village and its very beautiful and romantic with little shops; boutiques and Greek Taverna’s which provide some beautiful food all locally sourced. Giannis, Thanassis and Kathrine are extremely friendly, helpful and so accommodating they honestly can’t do enough for you and their local knowledge for Tavernas and where to go and see is excellent. We are planning to return next year for that many more reasons. Loads of great places to eat in the village (our favourite was Christos) and the beaches are lovely!! Overall we really enjoyed our time at The Stamos Hotel and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

Review 64：the rooms were quite cold as it was pre season and the air con also functioned as a heater which didn't really heat the room properly. the room may have been damp. would be fine in summer but not when the weather is still cold!

Review 78：My family, with two kids aged 4 and 7, loved the hotel. It is located 1 minute away from the center of the village and 5 minutes from the beach (a bit more to come back because it's uphill). The kids enjoyed the swimming pool.
