Review 1：Bad service, unwillingness to help, very rude behaviour of the owner with absolute unwillingness to listen to complaints let alone improve them. Also the hotel was poorly maintained. Such a pity for a hotel found in such good location! Need training in hotel management!

Review 3：Very Dark corridor, couldn't see room number. Bed bit firm. Had to hold shower head in our hand as the fitting didn't hold it.

Review 6：Showers too small Beds were uncomfortable Staff were smoking in the reception/dining area even though there were signs prohibiting smoking.
