Review 1：Small ascetic rooms. Overall atmosphere rather depressive. The hotel not easy to come by car.

Review 3：The strange policy of the hotel regarding the AC. You cannot control the AC unit inside the room...only the staff can turn it on or off...did not really bother us as we were out of the room for most of the day, but it did seem strange. Not sure why the sheets were not changed during our whole 9 nights stay. No extra soap either.

Review 12：Great hosts, although not very good english speakes, as most of the tourists stopping by are german. In fact, the hotel is a german family owned business, with keen eye for details and high quality of services provided. Situated at max 10 min walk from the beach in Medulin (located in the nearby camp) and 15 min drive to Pola.

Review 13：- the room is small - the AC in the room can be controlled only by staff - the breakfast was scarce - the maid is alone and has too much work to do: preparing breakfast, cleaning after breakfast, cleaning all the rooms which results in a late and fast room cleaning possibly during siesta time. - the owner is not friendly - wifi is not working on first floor - price/quality ratio is bad. They either have to lower the price/room or increase quality.
