Review 1：Only bad point was that windows didn't have block out blinds hence too much light early in the morning.

Review 3：The quality of service delivered by all staff members was exceptionally professional. Strong focus on cleanliness: eg:room was checked multiples times per day. Delicious and large choice of breakfast. An amazing stay.

Review 9：Personnel not efficient. I called to report that the light on the balcony was not working and they said they would fix it the next morning.. Instead of staying at the room to consume drinks and food on the balcony we went out to spend our money. The reception staff didnt show also any interest on that and on the contrary accused me for not finding the right switch or not pushing it correctly!!! All kind of eggs only a la carte on breakfast charged extra

Review 12：Modern Hotel very quite. Nice boutique rooms with Bo Concept furnitures. Beach is small but very nice. 5 min to Afitos restaurants and centre square.

Review 13：We had no bad experiences here. Maybe the buffet evening meal, if you buy it separately as we did once, was relatively expensive and so we did not repeat it.

Review 14：Everyone was very nice and helpful. Everything is very clean and modern. The Manager was personally helpful. There was no hotel problem with the English language, but our efforts at Greek were appreciated.

Review 15：The personal at the reception are okay, except there was a new girl (brown hair), who tried her best, but was not good (maybe she tried to hard ....but had no feeling what really the guest wants)- the personal at the Pool Bar and Restaurant is not great at all - if you order for example at your arrival a glass of champagne - it is not possible, only a whole bottle (maybe they should also have small sparkling wine bottles to offer) or we wanted to have some food (4pm) - they said - and a very Young Girl had permanently to go back and ask - she had no idea, what they could do....she finally came with the following answer; the kitchen has closed at 3 pm - we could not even get a sandwich. They have so many people in the Service but most of them are unskilled (except an older Lady who works already some time there)- so therefore the overal opinion about the Service is not great. Even with this enormous number of staff at the Restaurant area....maybe it would be better a few skilled ones than so many completely unskilled ones. It is a pity, because the location is such a treasure and they could do much better also with the personel at the pool area....Maybe the owner could also make a round and talk with his guests and ask if they are satisfied or what they don't like....in our country even the ones who own a Michelin Restaurant are doing this....

Review 16：Location is really excellent - also the view from the rooms with sea view is wonderful and this is the main reason to come back - the location.....To enjoy the breakfast around the pool area with view to the sea in the back is simply wonderful. The personal at the reception is okay (the one lady with the black hair from last year is very nice)

Review 18：The assigned room was way to small for two persons staying more than one night: I would have liked to be informed about it before getting to the hotel. I wouldn't have mind to pay an extra for a bigger room at all, quite the contrary. I mean, if there wouldn't have been any alternatives I would have taken it anyway, but I would have appreciated to be informed in advance. I'm obviously raising this point also in consideration that the room rate was not particularly cheap also considering that it was not peak season. I think that this has been the only fault in my permanence at the Hotel, so this is meant as room for improvement, not hollow critique.

Review 19：Location and facilities are great and very well maintained, staff always available and ready to help you with every request. Breakfast was excellent and the designated room for it a perfect location, really relaxing and welcoming. The walk to the village is a breeze despite it may appear long and this allows the traveller to enjoy the peace of the location with the advantages of being close to shops and services.

Review 22：I didnt like the room at all. We paid for room with sea view, but we couldnt see the sea from the room. There were bugs in the room, and the room was old and had old smell. The bathroom was disaster!!! The rooms are not sound proof. It is not like the hotel is described. There are no restorants or jazz music bar. The breakfast was terrible and the same every day.

Review 23：I liked that the hotel had private beach. The pool and the beach were good.

Review 24：The Hotel has no parking, the cars are outside with only few good parking places. The room was small and aging for the price. Old fashioned small TV put on a wrong position. We were annoyed every day by personel checking the minibar on odd hours making a fuss even if we put our small bottle of water in it. One night it was raining and awfull smell started comming from the bathroom from then on. It was not usable especally at nights. They didn't do anything about it except adding parfum which made it worse.

Review 32：Not so easy to visit the Afytos village. Some transportations is required. There is also a considerable number of steps to take but it is a not so nice experience given the hot temperature. Not too wheelchair/stroller friendly. Many parts of the hotel are on different levels and the only way to move is through steps. No baby high chair available in the restaurant The capsules for the coffee machine in the room were often not getting replaced. I like the Nespresso machine but without the capsules it is not really useful.

Review 33：We were upgraded for free to the suite and it made a real and positive impact to the quality of our stay. Common garden with a number of spots under shadow which is important when there's a baby in the family. Patio with excellent view and direct access to beach and gardens. Friendly and helpful staff Lobby and common areas inside the hotel were comfortable. Jacuzzi in the room :) As we were travelling with a baby, it was enjoyable to stay within the hotel. As a matter of fact, it was so relaxing that we spent 3 days without getting out of the hotel area. Clean pool. Nice dishes at the restaurant albeit somethat salty. Easy to access a few restaurants nearby Nespresso coffee machine in the room The atmosphere of the hotel provided a feeling of being in a mild resort.

Review 34：Swimming made difficult by sea urchins on the rocks. Access to Afitos village village difficult for older guests,occasional mini bus transfers would be useful.

Review 38：There are lots of dicipline in this hotel. Lack of staff and they are sometimes rude. Always warning you feel like an army or hard camp. It will be much better if they solve problems.

Review 40：Staff was quite unfriendly with few exceptions. Front desk staff is high hat and not polite. Rooms are very old-fashioned. TVs are LCD or LED only in some rooms. WiFi is suppose to cover the whole hotel but in the rooms you barely get reception. The shower in my room gad extremely low water pressure, you can barely take a shower. I asked to be fixed but no one did and no one said anything as a follow up. Breakfast was poor. If you are late for breakfast you can not even order anything to eat. We had lunch in the hotel once and the food wasn't tasty. There was no variety of fish, only sea bass. There are many nice restaurants in town and one great on the beach nearby the hotel. But still it has the best location in Afytos.

We had a bungalow-style room which was very basic and it had a moldy smell to it, the beds we kind of short and uncomfortable - at night it was very cold in the room and there was no proper blanket (just some old brown acylic-wool blanket). Problems with the chip card room key.
