Review 1：- 'Suite' was not really a true Suite, just one of their better Bedrooms. - Confused facilities: Stool (too low), not chair for Dressing Table; No Coffee Table with Settee; Insufficient Drawers and half of those available were too small; cheap and too few Clothe Hangers. - Insufficient Bath/WC Accessories (Towel Rails, Trays & Hangers). - Breakfast consisted of mostly cold items, with no equipment for keeping items warm. - Covers mostly too small for bed.

Review 10：The air conditioning didn't work which meant that we had a very sleepless night (temperature in our room at 0200 was 30*c). This was clearly a fault because it was eventually - on the second or third time of asking - fixed but too late for us to get any sleep as we had an early flight the following morning.

Review 15：Perfect center location. The hotel is ideally located in the busy square. It's a skip away from your last drink. I travel thru Europe yearly, and this place has the best AC going. Although the square is noisy, the room is well insulated and drowns out the street noise. Staff is great and accessible 24 hours.

Review 25：The staff was very nice. They help us organizing a day trip to navagio beach in Zakinthos that was one of the best. Location is great for walking to restaurants in the evening.
Review 26：Wifi wasn't working for all 4 of us on 4 separate codes. When we asked at reception, he seemed surprised and annoyed, saying we needed new codes. The new codes didn't work. We didn't want to ask again as he seemed to have a bad attitude. We think they knew the WiFi was just down, but they didn't want to apologise for the inconvenience. Would suggest not to get a top floor room as there is like a noisy vent on the roof just rumbling. Very loud when balcony door is open.
Review 27：Location was great. Fairly modern rooms in a older building with character. Everything you need included. Efficient check in. Pretty nice breakfast with muffins and cookies (they don't cook you eggs though). 2 Balconies which was nice (althought view was average).

Review 30：Staff wasn't in their best mood. I was asked to leave my passport with them at check-in and refused (they needed a copy that took them 10 seconds). You will need the A/C on as kids playing on the square right in front of the hotel make a LOT of noise especially in the evenings - at night noise is made by drunk people :) Wi-fi was free but a bit unstable, you need to get a new code every 24h which was ok.
Review 31：Excellent location to explore the island and surrounded by restaurants of all kinds. Breakfast was served from 6 to 11 and had an ok selection. Free parking right behind the hotel, towels were changed every day and rooms were always clean.
Review 32：We have travelled to Kefalonia for the last 9 years and always stayed in Skala, this time we decided to have a change and stay in Argostili so we chose the Ionian as our base and as we hired a car we could then go to all the fabulous places on the Island and secluded beaches, we had the most fabulous time. The evenings spent in the town, would definitely recommend it.

Review 84：Sound proofing excellent as I was a bit worried about it being right in the central square, once the patio doors were closed it was silent so I could lie on the bed and watch the square and the moon. loved sitting on the balcony watching the activities in the square. Very relaxed atmosphere in the hotel, air conditioning very effective. Rooms cleaned every day and new towels daily. Self service continental breakfast and good selection, excellent value for money and definitively the best in argostoli
Review 85：I've stayed only for one night and at the check it receptionist was very grumpy. Didn't give any info like: breakfast hours, wifi etc. Very poor customer service. I've worked at the hotels myself and I would never treat customers that way. Other than that- all great :)

Review 101：The staff were a bit standoffish, a bit too professional and not as warm and friendly as I would have liked. We stayed in a family suite with two bedrooms but only one bathroom for four people, including two teenage girls! The was no air conditioner so we had to manage the temperature levels with the window coverings and it did cool off overnight.

Review 105：This is a grand hotel which was available at a very reasonable price. The hotel dominates the very large main square of Argostoli with many restaurants nearby. Reception was exceptionally sweet and helpful, directing me to a delightful Greek place to eat. Good buffet breakfast included. And Nick Cage stayed there. What more do you want!
