Review 1：Too costly with minimum facilities, untrained and very rude staff in restaurant, welcomed by bunch of mosquitoes in the room, food quality very bad with price matching any five star.

Review 2：Our departure time was in the late night after the checkout.We requested them to provide us 1 room for 4 people for 3 hours so that we could rest.But they did not pay any heed to our requests.We passed the time by sitting on the couches in the lobby. Normally any hotel provides this facility to the guests who had stayed the night before.

Review 3：Buffet breakfast poorly organises. Dosas were burnt, sausages were in short supply. The rate of replenishment was sluggish, washrooms near the pool was dirty and overall operations level was very low.

Review 5：House keeping is poor - no bathroom accessories - noise staff - asked for fresh glasses, HK staff washed the same in our bathroom and handed over Restaurants - Veg / Non Veg in same vessel - no elaborated menu - asked for Dosa (couldn't delivered as kitchen was busy), as if we are not paying money
