Set on a cliff, above 200 feet from the beach, the Blue Bay Hotel features 2 outdoor free-form swimming pools with views of the Toroneos Gulf and a terrace with lounge chairs and sun umbrellas. All rooms offer panoramic sea views.
The rooms are tastefully decorated with a combination of traditional and modern design. Each includes air conditioning and heating, as well as a flat--panel TV and a mini fridge. Some rooms also include mini hi-fi systems.

Review 1：Friendly and helpful staff, good location although a bit aside from the town, rich and tasty breakfast. Not necessarily a minus point but still - the WiFi signal in the rooms is weak. One should go to the reception or the bar in order to have good Internet connection. Although... you don't go to such a beautiful place to surf the Internet, do you ? :-)

Review 2：Despite our requirement of not to stay in ground floor room due to my asthma, a ground floor room was provided and there was moisture smell from restroom which disturbed us. Thus the hotel is not good value for money.

Review 14：Perfect location and breath-taking view over the sea. Very polite staff making your stay comfortable. Two pools and good sunbeds free of charge. The receptionist really took time explaining everything and showing around the room and facilities. Upon our arrivial we recieved a bottle of wine which is a nice symbolic gesture. In general 4* hotels in Greece are barely 2* stars in western EU, but this hotel is a really 4* standard! We definitely recommend this place!

Review 23：This is a fantastic hotel. Because of the location on a hill, the view from the rooms and especially from the restaurant is wonderful! It's true, that less or more, but every rooms have sea view. It has nice and clean rooms, pools with beautiful enviroment. Everything is very clean and modern. We had rich breakfast every morning. The romantic village Afitos with lot of restaurants is in walkable distance.

Review 35：Nothing in particular. Just to mention I think the hotel is not suitable for families with small kids due to the 155 steps to the beach. Speaking of the beach, there is a minimum consumption of EUR 4 per person in order to use the beach umbrellas and sun beds.

Review 36：The location of the hotel is very spectacular. The food is good, I guess they read the comments from the previous year. The room has been cleaned every day. Pools are very clean too. I particularly liked that you can go for a swim even at 21:00. The beach is narrow - only 3 rows but that's more than enough. It gets slightly crowded during the weekends, though. The staff at the beach was polite and friendly.

Review 40：Had the most amazing week at this hotel. The location is beautiful! Breakfast is ok. The breakfast and restaurant area has a beautiful view, almost a feeling that you're in the sea, even though the hotel is on the top of a hill. The walk down to the beautiful sea is not so bad, the short cut behind the hotel is 150 steps down. I can imagining walking with young kids back up again can be a bit of a trouble, but you could also walk a different way ( a bit longer). We had a junior suite with two balconies and the most beautiful view. The two pools were amazing and clean. Staff very friendly, especially in the bar. The beds were extremely comfortable and thats a big plus. The small village nearby is just a 15 min walk from the hotel, and here its many nice restaurants. Especially the ones right before you come to the centrum of the village. Really nice greek food! We are so happy about our stay at this hotel! :D

Review 64：We had perfect experience during 2 days we were in Blue Bay! We had what to compare with since we had moved here from another terrific hotel. Calm, very clean and super friendly staff! Yes, there's no private beach, but since we had lunch anyway at the restaurant down there in fact used all beach facilities for free.

Review 65：Breakfast quality was really disappointing. Did not at all correspond to the 4 stars of the hotel and to the high quality of all other aspects of the hotel. Could not believe what rubbish was served for breakfast. If you eat a healthy diet and are food conscious (avoid packed with chemicals processed stuff), you will certainly not dare eat anything but the fried and boiled eggs and bread. Those were indeed tasty and good quality but all the rest in the breakfast selection was horrible.

Nohome-made sweets and desserts, everything comes from a supermarket whichis quite a pity. The beach structure is old and the stairs are dangerousto walk on because the wood is too old and there are nails everywhere(very dangerous for children as they can get easily hurt). Holes andnails in the floor of the beach bar. Quite a disgusting wc with smelland flies inside. The umbrellas are quite old and have big holes inthem. Very loud music all day long which can be quite irritating. Theowner of the beach structure is not too friendly. From Fri to Sun beready that he will come and place other sunbeds and umbrellas at 10 cmin front of you without even asking or apologizing. His attitude isquite hostile which is very uncommon and strange for Greece.Advice to the hotel: try to organize a small beach for your guests as the dangerous beach structure and the not-too-polite owner of the beach bar do not definitely contribute to the satifaction of your guests.

A glass of wine or mojito in theterrace bar is a must, during the day to enjoy the fantastic colours ofthe sea and in the evening to get lost in the overall calmness, harmonyand relax. The beach isjust below but there are 154 steps to reach it which might be a problemif you have small children (you can always go their by car, the road isvery close to the hotel). Review 75：The location is one of the best in Kassandra, with a spectacular view over the Aegean Sea. The staff was very friendly both in reception and in the restaurant. I was pleasantly surprised when on arrival we were upgraded to a superior room, with fantastic view. The food is also very good - some of the best lamb cutlets ever.

Review 91：This hotel was truly amazing. We booked the trip to Greece in order to celebrate my partner's 40th birthday. On discovering this the hotel gave us their best room - with undoubtedly the best sea view I have every seen a hotel room provide. In addition the room was large and had a lovely balcony that allowed relaxation ( after a day lazing by the gorgeous pool!). In addition the beach is only a 5 minute walk -the water at the beach was incredibly clear and it was an idyllic location. The town is only a 10 minute, easy walk away and has many lovely restaurants and bars. There is a bar at the hotel which also has an amazing view and serves pretty amazing cocktails. All in all we cannot recommend this place enough. My partner and I rarely return to holiday destinations however for the Blue Bay Hotel we may make an exception.
