Farm Stay Studlerhof sells fast on our site. The Studlerhof is located 0.6 miles away from the village centre of Oberperfuss and 7.5 miles from Innsbruck. Hiking and mountain bike trails start right outside, and it is right next to the Rangger Köpfl Ski Area.
The modern apartments at the Studlerhof are equipped with free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV. Each is self-catered with a private kitchen, seating area and balcony with scenic views.
This traditional Tyrolean farm features hares, cows, horses, hens and ponies. Guests can help at the stable and participate in field work, bread baking or tea making.

Review 1：We couldn't stay for breakfast, and it was not included, so that we didn't mind.

Review 2：We loved this apartment! It was located in the middle of a farm area, close by to ski courses. No snow yet when we were there though. The apartment is huge, easily for 5 people. It was the birthday of one of my friends and the girl from the hotel gave us a nice bottle of Italian champagne to celebrate, free of course!

Review 3：The only thing that I can think of is that the house was a little on the warm side and there wasn't a thermostat.

Review 4：This is a great house, all the facilities are there, within a couple of minutes walk from a big supermarket. Close to Innsbruck, nice area to walk and every morning a lovely view!! We needed a crib and they put a chair for the baby as well without asking. Perfect Great fresh products (milk your own milk!) from their own farm across the street!

Review 9：Super Friendly Owners, Clean apartment, has everything you need. About 10 , 15 mınutes drive from Innbruck. Very quite place, warm atmosphere like your home. Big super market in walking distance akso town is very near for a fresh baked bread and so, Super location for walking and hiking and I am sure skiing in the winter too. Highly recommended.

Review 11：The hosts definitely try to treat their guests with cordiality. At the same time you are comfortably left on your own to enjoy country tranquillity. Cannot say much else - we used it as night sleep base only. All was well.

Review 21：Wonderfully friendly and helpful hosts. The apartment was one of the nicest we've ever rented - light, bright, airy, super clean, and very spacious. The views were amazing and there were paths right out the back of the house perfect for walking/riding scooters and enjoying the views. My kids loved seeing all the animals and playing in the yard. It was easy to access Innsbruck as well as a number of charming small towns nearby. Nice grocery store very close by. VERY relaxing place to stay with kids.

Review 22：Perfect, bucolic setting, just outside of Innsbruck. Large, clean, comfortable rooms, nice bedding and kitchen. The owners spent a lot of time with us and were wonderful. Farm setting, near ski lift.

Review 23：The owner says she has a more flexible cancellation policy, that people can change their dates and not be charged for the time not stayed which booking.com would have done. I was able to contact the owner directly and she told me this promptly which I was greatful for. Booking.com should have this in their record as the owner suggested this to me.

Review 25：Studlerhof is a great place located near Innsbruck village just 10 minutes; we had a wonderful time during our stay, we enjoyed pretty much with beautiful scenery all around. We got a warmly welcome from the host, the rooms were clean, the living room was great with a fully furnished kitchen, fantastic bathroom and also great balconies. We wake up with an incredible view; field and mountain outside the windows. This place gave us a feeling of real vacation and unforgettable memories. It’s one of the best places we’ve visited and would love to come back again someday.

Review 27：the decoration was very "gemütlich". they sell farm made products (yoghurt, milk, etc.) from their farm. facility was very well equipped and of good quality (kitchen, TV, furniture). the view from the balcony offers splendid view of the alps and the valley.

Review 29：The location was beautiful, views of snow capped mountains out of all windows and in a lovely rural village setting. The apartment was beautiful, clean and well equipped. The host family was lovely and our young daughter loved watching the dairy cows being milked and fed each evening and even had a couple of pony rides. We had a lovely time and would love to go back one day.

Review 31：Everything!!! The family are all lovely people. It's only 15 mins from the centre of Innsbruck. The apartment was well equiped eithe great linen. My older children loved milking the cows and horse riding! We will definitely return!!

Review 32：We arrived pretty late and were really tired. The host was cheerful and welcoming as if we arrived at 10 in the morning. The room was wonderful. We wish we could stay another night. We will be definetly back, especially during the ski season. We also received the wonderful tips were to go hiking for the day. I would highly recommend it.

Review 35：We had a wonderful night here and wished it was longer! Beautiful location and very friendly family run place. Apartment was spotless and made up nicely for our family of 4. So glad we arrived right before the cows left for their summer pasture. We all thoroughly enjoyed seeing all the farm animals, and the children loved milking the cows, riding the ponies and petting the rabbits. The staff was wonderful with the children and had great English skills. Breakfast was delicious and had plenty of options. We would absolutely stay here again!

Review 68：Loved our stay! apartment was large and nicely furnished. We liked the location out in the country, yet a short drive to Innsbruck. Lots of hiking, biking and just relaxing around. Close enough to walk to town of Oberperfuss with restaurants and info center. Also a good grocery there. Great views of the Alps. Host was exceptional. We did not want to leave.

Review 79：I cannot say enough good things about our stay. The kids loved the farm across the street, staff were wonderful and friendly. The rooms were clean and the kitchen was well stocked. Everything was ready for our arrival including our name on the door. Perfectly clean and a beautiful view. The shower is the best I have ever had! Very close to Innsbruck and beautiful scenery. Great place for families.

Review 80：Studlerhof is in a small village outside Innsbruck, which means you have to take a bus into town. The bus only runs once an hour and cost €4.30 per person one way. This bus is not covered by an Innsbruck Card and we couldn't figure out how to buy a week long pass for our six days there. We are a young couple that is studying abroad while in college, so this was the most expensive leg of our trip, must it was a wonderful experience.

Review 81：The staff was extremely accommodating and helpful. Our hostess picked us up from the train station our first day in Innsbruck. When we arrived in our room, there was fresh homemade bread and a pitcher of water waiting for us. The room was actually four rooms: bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and a living room that connected the other three. We also had a private balcony with the bedroom and a shared wrap around porch with another room that was accessible through the kitchen. The kitchen had a four-burner electric stove and oven, microwave, pots, pans, cutting board, coffee maker, toaster, water boiler, full size refrigerator, plates, bowels, cups, mugs, knives, spoons, forks, dish washer, towels, table, and chairs. The bathroom has a tub with a shower head on a hose and a shower wall, toilet, sink, towels, rag towels, toilet paper, candles, and blow dryer. The living room had a couch, tv, coat rack, first aid kit, multiple board games, and a lot of brochures about stuff to do in Innsbruck. The bedroom had beds, balcony, two wardrobes with hangers, night lamps, night stands, pillows, blankets, fresh sheets, table, chairs, and a piece of chocolate for each of us. The building with the guest rooms is directly in front of a bus stop that will take you into town. Our first day we milked cows on the farm and petted some of the animals. We were able to talk to the family of the farm that runs the farm stay while they did their chores. On our last night we had an hour long horse ride with two of the farm's horses which we loved. The family was hyper accommodating. They lent us needle and thread to repair some ripped pants as well as offer us a washing machine for our clothes. The view from Studlerhof is incredible. There were some paths we were able to walk for fun. We also walked to the local grocery store and a nice Austrian restaurant nearby.
