Apartments Villa Orange sells fast on our site. Villa Orange is quietly located in Ližnjan, a 10-minute walk from the center of Medulin and one mile from sandy beaches on the Adriatic Coast. Its air conditioned apartments feature a kitchenette and terrace.
Brightly decorated, modern apartments are offered at the Orange Villa. Each apartment has a spacious living area with satellite TV and sofa bed, and Wi-Fi access is available for a small fee.
Guests are welcome to use the barbecue facilities in the villa’s large yard. Restaurants, bars and a grocery store are about 1,000 feet away.

Review 1：Vlado, who is the owner, is very friendly and also very helpful! He really takes good care of you and may help you with the organisation of your Holidays! The place itself is located in a quiet area and includes also a large parking space next to the villa. The Standard of the rooms is ok. In our room was only one blanket and dogs are not that inexpensive (10€/day) Nice place for Holidays in Southern Istria.

Review 3：The owner very kind, helpful, he made us smile even during the rain :) Villa is situated in between two villages, good access to various beaches also by feet (25min), spacious parking. Room clean, internet connection ok.

Review 4：The host is very good and tentative to everything the guests need. Good location to explore the area, car is probably useful. Nevertheless closest beach is walking distance.

Review 5：The apartman was nice and clean, and the host was really friendly. I learned the expression "babo malo" from him. :) The beach of Medulin is 5 minutes by car, but it's worth visiting different beaches and towns in the area, because they are all beautiful.

If you like to avoid crowd but to enjoy peace under addictive Mediterranean sun, this is definitely the choice for you. The owner will guide you everything.

The owner is round the clock trying to help and serve you the best so that you can enjoy your holidays up to maximum. He is not only doing his job, he really loves what he is doing and that results in the best service you can imagine. Villa Orange also offers everything you need to fully enjoy your holidays. Wireless internet is just one of the technical assets which are offered to all guests.

Review 15：Not really a minus,but be aware that the villa is out of town and is a25 minute walk which may be a problem for some, so we did use the carmore than we thought we would have done. This is for your more maturetravellers!

Review 16：We liked Vlado and his son who were very friendly, welcoming hosts.During our weeks stay Vlado brought us home made wine, schnaps andtraditional Croatian cured meats.The apartment was lovely, comfortable and airy. Separate lounge area and small balcony. There was a BBQ available for guests use, plus the garden. We were driving and found the villa quite easily. We had a great week and would stay again!

Review 17：Wifi-signal is quite bad in the apartment. But it's ok in theGarden. (The router is in the Garden). Not enough hot water. Have towait about 30-45min after someone has taken the shower. Otherwise,everything is top~!!!

Review 19：The only drawback, the host asked us to pay 4 euros for the local taxfor one night whereas he announced 2 euros in his e-mail previouslysent. A little bit cold during the night, there was no extra cover.
