Review 1：not very good shower facility over the bath no bracket or shower curtain. low humming noise going on in the night .smell of cigarete smoke in the hallway upstairs.

Review 7：We arrived early, I went in to ask if it was ok to leave the car in the car park until we checked in so we could explore the area. I was pleasantly suprised that we were able to check in straight away. Although we didn't have much contact with the staff, when we did we found them to be very friendly and helpful.

Review 8：The first room we were given was awful, it was awful, the flat roof outside of the bedroom window house extractor fans that were really noisy. The curtains were paper thin, and the toilet did not flush properly, in fact the bath room was of appalling standard. To top the very dated furniture, the room was over looked by local residents and was in desperate need of an overhaul, certainly not worth £69. On a positive note, we were given another room the following day, which was over looking the sea and was very neat modern and tidy.

Review 10：Had difficulties to park the car. The parking lot is quite small and shared with the restaurant in the same premises. Wi-Fi is good, but too many sites were blocked (likes of blogs and social media sites).

Review 12：Place dated, no one in attendance when first arrived even though rang the bell and phoned from reception, miss match of bedding, poor quality towels, no toiletries, dirty toilet brush, smelly bathroom (prior to use) breakfast poor quality and served by a waitress who didn't seem she wanted to be there.

Review 14：Sea view location in old colwyn made you walk to the bay therefore taking in more of the area wynn park is well kept and a good place to exercise the dog. Excellent thai cuisine. downside is the road is busy with cars exceeding the limit

Review 16：The host and staff were the nicest people. They were welcoming to my dog, which was amazing and there was a dog friendly park just on the corner. The Thai food was phenomenal. Lastly, the beach was a 5 min walk. Great place!

Review 21：There was no shower in the en suite, bath only, when I questioned this with the owner, he advised me that I did not request a shower with my booking, it was look of the draw with regard to shower facilities. I have stayed in numerous hotels throughout Ireland and Europe and have never had to request shower facilities in the en suite.

Review 23：Old and tired very worn decor, everything was mismatch. Lifted mattress cover and mattress was stained. Bathroom dirty. Breakfast was tasteless. Avoid at all cost.

Review 27：Very professional owner - probably brought up on silver service? But could not fault welcome and hospitality. All the staff we met were the same. They even booked us a taxi to go out to another pub on one evening! Excellent restaurant - Thai food really good and breakfasts well cooked and plenty of choice, I would think to suit all tastes. Room clean and comfortable and probably the warmest hotel we have stayed in.

Review 30：There wasn't much drawer space in the double room (5), and it would have been nice to have had a hair dryer. It would also be more convenient to be able to turn the bedside lights off at the light rather than having to get out of bed to switch them off. A shelf in the bathroom would help.

Review 32：The only comment here are as follows, perhaps the heating could come on a little earlier in the evening. My final comment is I wish the bathroom had a better shower facility. However these are only minor points in relation to the hotel in general. The hotel is worthy of its 2 stars.

Review 33：In general I & my wife were generally impressed by the hotel, which in my opinion exceeded its 2 star rating. The hotel is dog friendly & our little dog was made to feel like a guest, with two bonus sausages at breakfast every morning during our stay. The rooms were extremely clean and our tea bar was topped up every day, along with clean towels in the bathroom. Breakfast was varied and freshly cooked which is a change. The owners are very friendly & most welcoming, service of the highest quality.

Review 39：The room was very dated the beds where clean and there was fresh towels left on the bed but there was towels hanging in the bathroom that looked like they had been used previously. The cups in the room where dirty . The bar was very expensive 2 drinks cost £7 and down the road at the next bar they where £5.40 . We thought that breakfast was not too bad until we got a slice of toast with blue mould that just put us right off finishing it.
