Review 1：I made this booking for my family and they were supposed to have a good time, but this is what they have suffered during their stay: Very Poor customer service The sheets in the rooms were not clean and staff did not even want to admit it The food was awful The pictures and views on Booking.com were not true

Review 7：I made a mistake with booking the room and we could have offered to stay in the lobby of the hotel and rest while our room got ready rather than having to leave and go around Cairo by taxi when we were exhausted!

Review 9：The shower wasn't working.the bed we asked for and they confirmed was one big bed and we found 2 single beds and one of them was lower than the other.the view was totally a mess .

Review 10：The staff were very polite and friendly. Was cheap and cheerful. We had a few issues due to under occupancy ( no shisha or play area for child etc). However we were compensated accordingly, and am overall happy with the hotel. Reasonable rates for food and drink. The food was delicious and even made to order what my daughter ate as she wouldn't have eaten anything off the menu.

Review 11：Location is terrible! It is in Giza which is not close to anything. Also the hotel is right on the road which is shared with all sorts of farm animals. Bathrooms really need upgrading. Couldn't find staff when you needed them

Review 13：The hotel is in quite noisy area, not a good neigbourhoods. On the side with the Nile view, there is some water plant under the hotel. Hotel is pretty old and only some rooms are partly reconstructed. AC was noisy, minibar was noisy. The roof with pool is not well maintained. It is absolutely not a 4 star hotel. There is not even the official sign from Ministry of Tourism with the stars rating.

Review 14：First we got room on the fourth floor which was a total disaster. Room was very old, even to egyptian standards it looked like maximum 3 stars (old furniture, hard beds, old tv). When we insisted on the room change we got room on the 8th floor with the really nice view that we came for. Room was partly redecorated and clean. Beds were quite comfortable. Window had a thick glass that partly isolated the noise from outside. Room service is ok. We booked the hotel in the highest season and we didn't spend there much time so at the end we were not disappointed but the next time we would choose another hotel.

Review 15：fifteen feet from the hotel there is a sheep and goat market in the street.....also if you stop a taxi he can refuse to pick you up Under the pretext of its crowded and many traffic to your destination

Review 19：Nothing!!!!!!! Never book this hotel for staying!!First of all at booking com they are pointed like a 4 star hotel. When you will come at the reception you will find only 3 stars.Standard rooms are smell like someone die there. I checked 3 of that kind.My husband called to booking com and after negotiations with them and my negotiations with the manager of the hotel ( she wasn't at the hotel by the way) we were offered a suite and dinner.There was one more manager of the hotel - Amged. He tried to be polite with us and asked me to delete photos of the hotel and that they don't have one more star at the reception area explaining that they turned to be a 4 star hotel 2 werks ago and just didn't have enough time to put one more star at the wall. My husband made pictures and send them to booking com immediately for the other tourists and people who is going to stay at this hotel.I am the experience traveler and In my life there were situations when attitude of the staff is so nice and they really want to help you from all their heart And this is important for us.I told to Amged honestly that I can Delete the pictures like he asked me but anyway my husband has already send it to booking com. His attitude changed after that completely.Our aim was to explore the Egypt and next day we took some from the nessasary things and went to Alexandria. When we come to the reception to leave the keys they asked us to make the payment for the hotel though it is written at booking that we can pay at check out date.. The point was as I can feel that they didn't believe us that we will come back to the hotel and pay For accommodation. The man's face at the reception changed with all the coloures when we tried to explain to him that we will pay at check out. That we will not dissapear out backpack is in the room. It was Owful and terrible .. oh..

Review 20：The noise, i couldn't sleep all night, there is a water station in front of the hotel, the noise is disaster. They moved me to other room at 6 am :( I didn't sleep till 8 am

Review 21：The receptionist he is dark skin guy he is not friendly at all, the man who carries the bags have a bad smell and his cloths are not clean. The room smell wasn't that good, The people working there don't smile and gave us a negative energy from the 1st Day..

Review 32：There is great value for money here. Very neat and clean hotel, I stayed in a few in Eqypt and so far this is the best. Ignore the area and road noise you get that everywhere in Eqypt main town, unless you want to stay at the Hilton. As said above Eqypt is not Paris, but this hotel is very comfortable.

Review 33：1.I don’t believe a 4 stars hotel not providing bottles of shampoo, hair conditioner & body wash!!! Only shampoo was provided in a push bottle!! 2.Breakfast offered was not so good & one of the chees within the served buffet was rotten!!! I have showed that to their hall manager!! 3.During breakfast, we have asked one of the staff to prepare egg omelet with chees. Unfortunately he came with omelet without chees!!

Review 37：I was afraid first before checking in into this hotel due to the low rate but after a friend of mine told me that it's good I checked in for two nights. The hotel is great and clean, with a perfect nile view, the room was spacious, with a toilet with bath. I loved the most the Pop music channel in the room tv. One more thing is the various breakfast

Review 38：Our triple room was not ready upon arrival so an extra camp bed had to be made up. Overall cleanliness wasn't great.The surrounding area is intertwined with busy traffic, sheep & horses. Fridge in room ddidn't work. Wifi must be paid per person, not per room! Be careful if you hire the driver, he takes you to other places enroute!

Review 39：Reasonably priced stay and conditions compared to other hotels in Cairo. Staff were helpful and accommodating. Rooftop area provided a good panoramic view although these views were not scenic for the most part!

He cheated us by not refunding the one day deposit we paid, adding frivolous charges, delaying us to the point that we almost missed our flight. Thereby forfeiting the money. 3.
