Review 1：Maybe if you don't have Navigation, it would be not so easy to find, but if you have - then you don't have any problems :)
Review 2：Everything was great! The host was more than polite and they showed us how to go the nearest restaurant (Mala Riba bistro). The view from the terrace is awesome. Totally recommend this place :)

Review 4：A wonderful relatively large apartment equipped with kitchen, a shower, and an amazing view of the Istria peninsula. Georga is a very nice and warm person, helping us with every question or a piece of information we needed. A supermarket is located at a short walking distance.
Review 5：Our hostess was most welcoming. There was parking outside the door. The three bedroom apartment was enormous and the view was glorious. It was impeccably clean and even the towels were ironed. There was a bowl of home grown fruit left for us. Did I mention the view? The supermarket was nearby. It would be a little hard to find without internet maps, but I would be most happy to recommend this property to anyone. We were sorry to only be able to stay for one night.

Review 10：The view to sea is amazing. This is the first thing what You will do! Very hospitable owner. Very easy to find this apartment. Just look the signs. Thanks to Mrs. Frlan.
Review 11：Although the description said two bedrooms, it was only a one bedroom with seperate living area with fold out couch. Bathroom had a bath but no bath plug and although there was a hand shower there was no wall holder, made it very uncomfortable to take a bath.
Review 12：Loved the view both during the day and night. Fantastic balcony. Spacious kitchen with oven. Owner was very friendly and gave us cake and tomatoes on two occasions.
Review 13：Out of 3 navigation programs, only google maps could find the address. Every street in the neighbourhood have the same name.
Review 14：Unreal view of Opatija and the bay, Spacious room with interesting planning, Mosquito net, Super friendly owner, Comfortable bed. Quiet neighbourhood 5min. drive from Opatija center (a steep climb, but views totally worth it). Secure parking. Overall I'd say it's UNDERpriced.

Review 22：The apartment has a big terrace with an amazing view! (Like in the picture) It has everything you need, it is very clean and the owner is very nice and helpful! We hope to come back in the future!
Review 23：The initial room we were shown had a bed in a loft area which had to be accessed via a step ladder. This would not have worked for a sixty year old who gets up in the middle of the night. Luckily we were able to make a change to another apartment that was available. It's also located on a very narrow road and hard to find.
Review 24：The view from the large patio was one of the best I have ever seen especially at night with an almost full moon. The apartment itself was very comfortable. We loved the cake the hostess shared with us. Fresh fruit was also a nice touch.
Review 25：Amazing wiev of the Adriatic Sea and a whole bay. The hosts are wery nice and friendly, always making family atmosphere. They tried to provide all our needs. They had beed cooking for us croatian traditional meals, despite we booked only accomodation. The hosts always had heen bringing for us fresh fruits from the garden without any extra payment! Apartments are brand new and very well equiped. Even when there was lack of something they tried to fill it. We were feeling there better than in our home! We found our place on earth and we will come back there for sure!!! Niesamowity widok na Adriatyk, na całą zatokę. Gospodarze są niezwykle sympatyczni i przyjaźni, tworzący rodzinną atmosferę. Starali się zaradzić wszystkim naszym potrzebą ugościli nas chorwackimi potrawami mimo że wykupiliśmy tylko noclegi, a także przynosili nam owoce ze swojej działki bez dodatkowych opłat. Apartamenty są nowe i bardzo dobrze wyposażone, a nawet jeśli czegoś zabrakło to gospodarze zaraz starali się to uzupełnić. Czuliśmy się tam nawet lepiej niż we własnym domu, znaleźliśmy tam swoje drugie miejsce na ziemi i wrócimy Tam na pewno!!!
Review 26：The view from the apartment was really beautiful and we enjoyed our breakfast on the balcony very much. With our GPS navigation the acces to the apartment wasn´t a problem and there are also sign indications once you leave the main road. The owner is very warm person and was spoiling us with home grown apples and kiwis [:)].

Review 28：The apartmans have an amazing view to the sea! The hosts are incredibly kind and friendly! The apartmans are well equipped, spacy and clean. A supermarket is quite close to the place as well. Definitely worth the money!

Review 31：The location, the space of the apartment, the size of the balcony (absolutely huge with a beautiful view), the cleanliness, everything. Than the owner needs to have a special mention here. She's adorable, made sure we had settled in, brought us home-made cake (delicious), ordered pizza for us and even gave me two bottles of beer from her fridge (so i didn't have to go out after a long drive. Very very happy! Thank you!!

Review 35：The access to the apartments is a bit tricky as they are located in a cobweb of old winded mountain village streets. However, as the next "Plodine" supermarket is only 500 m away and the next exit to the new highway is also just a km away, this should not be a big problem. The wifi was a bit spotty, but works well enough. Our huge bathroom had a bathtub, but unfortunately no shower curtain.
Review 36：Mrs. Frlan is a wonderful host. Her apartments are located in Kastav, three hundred meters above sea level on the coast, with the most amazing and wonderful view of the bay you could ever imagine. The old luxury resort town of Opatija lies just below. We did not book the breakfast option. Even so, Mrs Frlan brought us coffee, fruit, and her freshly baked Strudel pie in the morning for free. She was very helpful in everything. She plants her own fruit which she offers to her guests. In fact, you will park your car under a pergola made of golden Kiwi fruit bushes. We loved it.

Review 38：It was clean but really only one bedroom with double bed and the other 'bedroom' would have been the sofa made into bed in the living room. The cable tv didn't work so although we were awake all night from jet lag and wanted to watch the World Cup USA game, we couldn't as the cable didn't work. The owner said he tried to get it to work before we came but he couldn't. They gave us no discount for lack of TV. Otherwise, it was fine. Roomy, modern and clean with big kitchen and huge balcony with awning and dining table

Review 40：I liked the spacious apartment with "a million dollar view". Our 1bedroom apartment was furnished in a modern way. One other apartment was a bit old fashioned for my taste. The owner was very helpful and nice, even had local grappa in the kitchen.

The view is excellent, the host is very very friendly, and serve us with the fruit they plant in their garden, the apartment is very big for us (3 adult and one 2 years old kid), the balcony with an brilliant view, If you travel by car, this is an apartment you should choose!
