Review 1：Bored staff; 2 windows in the room: 1 with broken opener, 2nd hard to open (35 degree), socket in bathroom far away from mirror (unable to shave, or dry the hair). On a TV there are 3 HU, 1 CZ and 6 German speaking channels... I had to wait for some 10 minutes to order the drinks in the hotel bar - and there is no possibility to add the drinks to the hotel bill - I had to pay it before consumption. After 8 p.m. there is nowhere to go. After the weather came too bad, we decided to leave - but we had to pay for the night we did not spend there, so we had to pay for services we never get!!!

Review 5：Wifi not in the room, though cable is there, it would be a small investment. Lack of shampoo in the room. However, most of all, the extreme unfriendlyness and not business minded attitude of the ladies at the breakfast / bar area. Otherwise people are ok and friendly. They should change personnel there.
