Review 1：Decor was bit old and bed was not very comfortable.

Review 2：Location was excellent; free parking; they put us in rooms where the balconies were adjoining. Staff were very nice and helpful; free Neusdlsee pass. Nice family hotel.

Review 3：No air conditioning. no Wi-Fi on higher floors (on the 2nd floor we were unable to access it). Some staff members were extremely arrogant (one waiter especially).
