Reviews for Rimonim Tower Ramat Gan

Review 1:I loved the workers always available to help in any situation. The food and beverage manager all the time serving guests in the dining room and excellent breakfast. The manager reception very friendly and helpful all the time and all employees of the reception. Cleaning the rooms always with a smile all the time and asks if everything is fine. Feeling of being in a five star hotel.

Review 2:We took only one night and it was horrible. We did check in at 6 pm and then we went to celebrate the new year. We came back at 3 am and we were very tired, and than at around 7 am we woke up suddenly from the sound of the door slammed, we were very confused but we went back to sleep. After few minutes it happened again, this time we really saw that it was our door, someone opened it and slammed it. After few minutes we got a phone call from the receptionist, she said that the cleaners didnt know that we were there, and she argued with me on the phone that we didn't do check in. When we came to do checkout they told us that they did a mistake and they clicked the no-show, they didn't even apologised.

Review 3:The claimed distance from the mall is imaginary, it is much further. They charge etra for their own parking. Paying for the stay at the check in .

Review 4:The new room are nice, very basic but nice

Review 5:impossible shower that flooded the floor when used, dangerously slippery, soiled carpets and sofa covering

Review 6:The space of a suite with an extra room. Breakfast was very good. Staff very helpful and pleasant

Review 7:breakfast needs to start at least 30 minutes earlier. (0630). Always had to fight with staff to be able to start at 0645 even though it was all laid out.

Review 8:underground parking; quiet; good breakfast

Review 9:I dropped the TVs remote control which went under the bed, and when I went to retrieve it I used the torch on my phone to find it and was disgusted with the used condoms that had been there with other bits of rubbish, which begs the question of, do the cleaners move the beds or in this case obviously not, I did tell the girl on reception, this has really put me off staying there, as I have used the hotel 3 times this year with more trips to be looked at in 2016

Review 10:The help from Or the receptionist when my suitcase didn't turn up, he chased up the airline company and did a great job, very much appreciated

Review 11:I am customer there for 2 years.I stay 3 times in hotel. But the last time i delate to make check out for one hour and i accept observation.

Review 12:I like ghe room was so nice clean and luxury

Review 13:Facilities do not rate for 4 stars. Staff does not speak English and very uncooperative. Breakfast service very poor. Hotel not tidy, room service very late and sloppy. All is being charge in Turkish Lira, except laundry service, which is in US$; very confusing if not to say a rip off.

Review 14:Location certainly a plus

Review 15:the hotel itself has a long way to go. We arrived to find the magnetic room keys wouldnt work, the air conditioning wouldnt go on, the floor was unvacuumed and the hall ways were unairconditioned and filthy, and needed new carpet and paint. We stayed two nights, to be near our daughter in Ramat Gan. The room was never cleaned. This hotel looked nothing like the clean and well designed hotel on the website.

Review 16:the front desk staff was hard working and friendly

Review 17:Bathroom shower would be much more comfortable than bath may be some toiletries Bedding could be changed daily due to the heat sheets were not changed Some plastic cutlery for the kitchen Thank you

Review 18:Loacation staff swimming pool breakfast good.

Review 19:1) When you check-in you have to agree that the hotel is not responsible for theft from the safety box located in your room. There is no other place to leave your valuables. 2) There were no directions for operating the safety box (opening and closing with the security code), the TV set, or the A/C. 3) Wake-up service was inefficient. 4) You have to ask for chairs in your room. 5) Restaurant opens only for breakfast.

Review 20:1) Staff is very helpful and friendly. Once you tell them what is wrong or missing, they will correct it right away. Dana, in particular, was very helpful. 2) Breakfast is very good. 3) The hotel is a pick-up point for the Bein Harim Tourism Services, which was very convenient. 4) Room and bathroom were comfortable. The kitchenette was very useful to have. 5) The hotel is located near stores and some restaurants.

Review 21:The bathroom in my room was a little disappointing, no blind or shutter on the window and ceiling panel was hanging off

Review 22:Very helpful staff, a nice welcome, comfortable room, great breakfast selection, a good location

Review 23:No complimentary water bottle No toilettries Lobby has no kitchen/coffee service

Review 24:I had a good size refurbished room. It was a studio deluxe room Breakfast is food even for vegetarians

Review 25:There wasn't much of a lobby. Some parts of the hotel are still very outdated.

Review 26:This hotel was very convenient to Givatayim. We had a deluxe room, which was comfortable and nicely renovated. The breakfast was very good.

Review 27:Cleanliness - there was dust everywhere and hair on the 'clean' towels and stains on the 'fresh' sheets. When we asked to change the sheets the attendant took the duvet and never replaced it. The sheets didn't even fit the bed and came off in the middle of the night. For a suite there was nothing exceptional about the room. The suite definitely didn't look as it was advertised and didn't contain the LCD TVs advertised. We asked to be on a non smoking floor but it reiked of smoke from the moment we stepped off the elevator

Review 28:* it feels brand new, everything in order, nothing worn * very good breakfast * very helpful staff (breakfast, reception) * try to get room looking West for views

Review 29:BOOKING.COM says it is at 10 kms from the airport. NOT TRUE, it is over 20 kms by car (controled via GPS) !! and in the traffic can be 1 hour!!! Don't take this hotel if you need a close hotel to the airport Dirty carpet, no curtain on the windows close to the shower

Review 30:nice front desk staff

Review 31:The room is comfortable. Cleanliness may be improved as in the bathroom, the fallen hairs of previous occupant(s) always could be seen. The rooms are without any toiletries and water; while for the tariff; these normally should have been provided. For any who have business in Tel Aviv, the location is a little way out.

Review 32:Location is quite good and a quiet residential place; with all kinds of commercial outlets near by. Hotel staff is quite responsive and as courteous.

Review 33:Excellent reception staff.

Review 34:breakfast here is wonderful

Review 35:the opening time of swimming pool is too short

Review 36:friendly stuffs

Review 37:Car park was expensive. Cleaning staff not helpful or friendly.

Review 38:Staff were helpful, room could do with updating.airconditioning difficult to operate

Review 39:Location and no front lobby

Review 40:A lot of food

Review 41:Fabulous breakfast, 2 room suite has lots of room, easy parking in building, pool on rooftop, employees excellent

Review 42:No value for money

Review 43:not clean at all. gym and pool were locked with no access

Review 44:location, breakfast

Review 45:No restaurant.

Review 46:The free 'upgrade' and staff.

Review 47:All decoration, furniture, and facilities are old (!!!). Breakfast should start at 6.00 AM, as businessmen may start their working-day early.

Review 48:Fair location.

Review 49:Very dated; could do with modernising; black mould around the bath taps. Had to be moved 1st night - the window could not close. Electrics erratic. Towels worn & scanty.

Review 50:The lady on front-desk (reception) was very very far from being kind or polite. Really a person who should not be there.

Review 51:Rimonim Optima is a fair city-hotel. Clean and comfortable. It is not a new-modern hotel, but still very clean and well-functioning. It is OK for a short business stay, not for a vacation. I will come back because of the location and set-up.

Review 52:i love everything of it you all the best good customer service and good breakfast god bless you all and thank you all... the only thing i ll have my wedding in israel i might book of you about 12 double rooms for my guests and familys from england and greece i think its gone be on the beging of juliy love you all and israel

Review 53:The hotel was run down. It was not at all like advertised. It needs a complete makeover. The carpeting was threadbare, the halls were dirty. The furniture was worn out. This was not at all like the other Rimonim facilities I stayed out. I would be embarrassed to bring any people to the hotel

Review 54:The staff went out of its way to be helpful

Review 55:Terrible service given by night receptionist. We came one Israeli andone tourist. The receptionist was shouting and humiliating us, andwouldn't accept any check nor the credit card given uponreservation. He was ready to let us go almost at midnight (!), and onlyafter 30 minutes of negotiation he managed to receive money from myfriend. We got a room on the 1st floor near the elevator, very noisy, the bathroom was in a terrible condition, molded and needs a renovationsoon. Overall, we wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Review 56:Good location

Review 57:Not a fan of services that are not available, I asked for ice since their are no ice machines. It was a little after 1700 and no ice was available nor room service-just a simple amenity.

Review 58:the pool was not working and we were looking forward to sitting at the pool

Review 59:the staff was very friendly and went out of their way to help us at the desk!

Review 60:Parking arrangements had some operational gliches but doable. En suite bathroom: in need of some LTC, not enough water pressure for shower, no body soap provided. The location is quite run-down and feels unsafe at night (including parking garage), horrible view of littered neighboring lot from 7th floor window.

Review 61:Good sized room Adequately clean Appropriate breakfast choices in clean fresh breakfast room Convenient on suite kitchinnette with fridge, microwave and electric kettle.

Review 62:the furniture and more generally the rooms need some refreshment

Review 63:very abundant and rich breakfast big room with a kitchenette, very useful with a little baby

Review 64:It has been my 6'th stay in this hotel and definately not the last.Great value for money. Delicious Israeli breakfast, friendly stuff, goodcentral location. I would recommend it for everone.

Review 65:The hotel is dirty, smelly and old. The cleaning stuff leave dirty areas– very poor cleaning services. Carpet in full of old stains. Parking isterrible dirty and smelly. The hotel charge full fee for the wholeperiod upon check in. This hotel is a shame!!! Need to go majorrenovations.

Review 66:Nothing!!!

Review 67:I stayed in the hotel for just one night to catch an earlier morningflight from tlv (it is about 30 min drive), but the room that I stayedat would be great for a longer stay. It had a living room with a couchand kitchenettee and nice king size bed in a separate room. The mostmemorable part of the stay though was an outstanding customer service. The front desk person (Artur) went above and beyond to help me retreivea cell phone that I accidentally left in the cab on the way to the hotelat 11pm. Overall nice place to stay, close to the airport, fairlypriced, an impressive customer service.

Review 68:Can't think of anything.

Review 69:Good sized room. Good facilities in the room (fridge, microwave, plates, cups, cutlery, television, free internet). Parking under the hotel is very convenient and cheap. Good choice of food for breakfast. Location is very good for me as a friend lives just three minutes walk away. There are many shops close by if you need to buy anything.

Review 70:No washing line in bathroom.

Review 71:Very close to family. The staff were extremely pleasan and helpful. They were also very kind and obliging on my last day when I was unwell. I would have no hesitation to stay with you again.

Review 72:Great location in the center of Israel with lots of shops, caffe's andeven Super-Pharm under the hotel. Very tasty food for breakfast.Friendly staff. It was my third visit and definately not the last. Ireally recommend it.

Review 73:The breakfast buffet

Review 74:The hotel is clean but getting a liitle shabby, could do with some new carpets in the room I was in. The breakfast was not very inspiring.

Review 75:carpet a bit greasy, baby cockroches and mold in bath room , were are not squirmish...so all in all would come back if price the same or lower.

Review 76:nice spacious room, very friendly service,

Review 77:First of all, the accommodation does not rise to the 4 startsexpectations that they are promoting. And I believe that coming froma city considered one of the most expensive European capital inrespect of tourism, I am used with high fees. Meaning that for 90euro/ night in Bucharest you can obtain muuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuch betterconditions comparing with what I had in Rimonim. And I am noexaggerating with anything. But, to conclude, the area … far from the city center …..the breakfast was very very poor …. the building not taken care of at all, bugs on the walls and in the end, problems at the check out even though we paid in advance. I do not want to enter details, but DO NOT GO THERE. A much better option is ARBEL HOTEL .. close to Dizengoff street .. center.

Review 78:Maybe I am still to disappointed about the hotel and I cannot rememberthe good parts, but probably there are some. Still, I would notrecommend it!

Review 79:we needed to ask for sheets for the pullout couches and they did not give us large enough sheets to have one sheet under and one sheet over the person sleeping. we needed to ask for appropriate sheets 3 times,

Review 80:Parking; suite; breakfast!; checkin and check out went very smoothly;

Review 81:The decor was a little 'tired' and the safety bar in the bath/shower came away in my hand from the wall.

Review 82:The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and the breakfast was excellent.

Review 83:Can't think of anything really. Possibly I would like a slightly wider selection at breakfast but I can't expect to get bacon in a kosher hotel.

Review 84:Its location (I have a friend who lives two minutes walk away). The parking facilities and parking arrangements. The large, well equipped rooms - I like having the table I can work at when needed and the refrigerator/microwave/kettle/plates/crockery/cutlery/glasses/etc make it easy to keep/prepare/have food/drink if you want. The free WiFi. Air conditioning worked fine. Generally helpful staff. Adequate selection for breakfast. Adequate number of lifts.

Review 85:The AC didn't seem to work that well but for the price we paid it was worth it.

Review 86:The hotel staff was very helpful. Our room was good but not the best we have ever stayed in. The location was OK but not close to anything too exciting.

Review 87:I was mysteriously, but uncomplainingly, upgraded to a VIP suite upon my arrival. The suite had clearly seen better days though it was fine for an overnight stay; staying here for a week and it might get you down unless you were in a permanent alcohlolic haze and didn't care. The carpet was in a particulalry bad way and looked as if it had been used for incendiary bomb practice by the Israel Defence Force. As well as a modern AC there was also an ancient air conditioner that seemed to predate the hotel; it was broken in so many places it was a miracle it still held together; a constant loud drone of air emitted from it and could not be stopped -the receptionist informed me in a deadpan manner that this was "the sound of the city" and, with a wry smile, left me to ponder this interesting poetic concept.

Review 88:Arriving late at night after some rental car chaos the hotel staff were very helpful and good humoured; it was great having a designated car park under the hotel as this part of Tel Aviv is very difficult for parking. The buffet breakfast was good with a wide variety of things to choose from; the restaurant manager also kept an eagle eye on the place and it was in a very good state of cleanliness: she did not hesitate to quietly but clearly point out to her staff any slopiness they might try and get away with -can we clone her? The hotel is very close to a supermarket, greengrocers and fast food outlets so it's a good area to stock up on stuff if you're on a tight budget.

Review 89:1. During the check-up they increase the price by 10%.2. Rooms does not have alarm clock, iron etc. 3. Cleaning leady will clean the room while you’re there. 4. Non smocking rooms smell like an ash tray.

Review 90:Location is great. It’s locating in a middle of Ramat-Gan.

Review 91:Towels and showers need to be upgraded badly. I would prefer to have and indication that the dishes (at least the glasses) were sanitzed. There is no way of knowing how they were cleaned.

Review 92:Location, no other hotels any where near it. Staff mostly friendly.

Review 93:Parking lot is super tight

Review 94:Very friendly staff

Review 95:BREAKFAST EXCELLENT - ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN - STAFF WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL

Review 96:NO chairs in the room at all.

Review 97:Staff is good.

Review 98:Everything

Review 99:Nothing

Review 101:Good air condition

Review 102:this place a renovation, and a spa. and new carpet!

Review 103:the cleanliness wasn't 100%

Review 104:The price and the very kind and courteous service

Review 113:Staff very nice.

Review 114:Location. Rooms and facilities in each room. Free wifi that works. Reasonable breakfast. Friendly, competent staff. Parking garage.

Review 117:We didn't stay at the end because the room were a bit too old interms od decoration and dusty

Review 118:The staff very friendly

Review 119:Facility is run down.

Review 120:Accommodating staff
