Review 8：- the room lacked some basic items, like glasses for water or glasses for holding the toothbrushes - the bathroom had a damp smell - the bathroom had a shower cabin however there was no door for it so the water would spread in the whole bathroom - the bed was squeaking at every movement - the bed sheets and towels have been changed only once during our stay (8 nights)

Review 12：For the money there are much better places! The first day had to ask to change the sheets because of hair. Every day the terrace was full of trash from birds. Terrible breakfast. Most of the time the pool was so dirty that it could not see the bottom. On the floor of the rooms there is air hockey machine. If someone plays is unbearably noisy. Note that between the hotel and the beach there is about 105 stairs.

As I am a very huge fan of coffee, I need to mention that a good coffee machine would be very useful there to be a perfect breakfast ! - A bed smell in our room from bathroom canal, and I don’t know why, as in our friends room on the other part was no smell. - Two big cabinets in room, but no shelves inside, just a few shoulder straps and a hutch with decks. Some shelves would be very useful so you can nicely put your clothes on, anyway Georgia was very nice bringing us another small hutch with decks. RO: - Cafeaua nu prea bună, slabă şi cam fără gust. Fiind un mare fan de cafea, consider că un aparat bun de cafea ar face micul dejun perfect ! - Un miros neplăcut în cameră, de la canalizarea din baie, şi nu ştiu de ce, în camera prietenilor noştri pe cealaltă parte a hotelelui nefiind nici un miros. - Două dulapuri mari în cameră dar puse cam degeaba. Nici un raft înăuntru , doar câteva umeraşe, şi un dulăpior mic cu sertăraşe. Câteva rafturi ar fi foarte utile ca să îţi poţi aranja şi pune hainele undeva. Oricum Georgia a fost foarte drăgută şi ne-a mai adus încă un dulăpior cu sertare.
Review 15：EN :- Location was great, near to Vasiliki Beach (great for kids being not deep water, and windsurfers as there it is strong wind), close to the best beaches in Lefkada : Porto Katsiki, Agiofili, Egremni, Kathisma.- Amazing sea view from room- STAFF very nice and friendly, Spiros the manager and his wife Georgia very friendly always there if you need something!- As we have budget room , the room it is quite old, old furniture and bed, but comfortable enough that you rest good.- Renovated bathroom nice and cozy, and anyway for next summer they said everything will be renovated.- Good aer conditioning, silent.- Clean room, two women were cleaning the room everyday.- Best Wi’fi in Lefkada. Review 32：Hotel is large and have own pool and big lobby. There is some parking places around the hotel. The room that we stayed is average but have very large balcony (size of a room) with beautiful view to the Vasiliki bay.

The view from the balcony was awesome and the room was been cleaned every day! There is some entertainment during the evenings, and there is a good restaurant at the hotel.

Review 39：The owner and the personnel - very pleasant, helpful and understanding; all our requests were solved very quickly. The room was big, the cleaning was made every day, also the towels were changed I guess every 2 days (or 3, I don't remember exactly). Although we stayed in a budget room that wasn't renovated yet, everything was ok (as I understood, all the hotel will be renovated until next year). The part that was renovated - the reception, restaurant, bar (and the rooms, as we have seen in pictures) - looks very nice and shows good taste. The view is nice (as the hotel is located on a hill near the Ponti bay), the hotel is not far away from the beach, the pool area is clean and relaxing. The breakfast is ok (a plus is that they have also vegetables - tomatoes, cucumbers and the bread is very good and fresh, a small minus is that there is no butter, but margarine, the ham could be better, and the jams taste pretty artificial; the breakfast contains basically all you need: ham, eggs, cheese, vegetables, yogurt and honey, jams, cereals, milk, juice, one type of sweet; a very good breakfast for Greece and considering it is a 2 star hotel). The hotel also has parking (3 perimeters and some places in front, on the road), but caution for the unexperienced drivers, because the parking behind the hotel has a pretty steep and narrow access, so you might have to get out backwards, turning almost 90 degrees while descending the slope (and with cars parked along :) ) . But the hotel has also a parking with easier access on the side and some parking places in front, and most important (as we learned from the receptionist on the first evening when we didn't find any free places), one covered parking (about 10-12 places) on the main road, above. There we found always empty places, and there were some stairs that provided access between parking and hotel, very convenient. All in all, the hotel has excellent quality/price ratio and we would definitely recommend it!

Review 49：Everything....so where do I begin?First of all, pictures and reviews in booking have absolutely nothing to do with reality. Unless you are the lucky ones that get one of the few rooms that have been refurbished. And this is what leads to such a high score for this unbelievably "not at all good" hotel. Secondly, the premises are old, rusted and old fashioned. Furnitures and the bed mattresses are from the 60's. Furthermore, the breakfrast is even worse than the food you get in the army. Overall not suggested at all to anyone that wants to have a decent stay in such a beautiful island especially for summer vacations.

Some of them are located under the balcony of the "moutain-view" rooms. I was woken up in the middle of the night by shouts and noises from people who were trying to park. - In all my stay i had THE SAME food at breakfast. No variety. - Hotel cocktail bar - very expensive

They were always willing to help us with every request we had, constantly available at any time of the day and gave us some excellent local tips of where to eat/visit/drink etc. - The hotel restaurant and veranda have great views of the town. - An added bonus was the wifi that worked great in the dining and lobby area of the hotel. Other places we stayed in Lefkada either did not have internet or the connection was just terrible. - Spiros the hotel manager/Owner and his crew are truly superb and make you feel you are at home. Very welcoming and hospitable. I can definitely recommend the hotel to anyone who wants a basic but spotlessly clean hotel with a massive heart and welcoming feel. We will be back next year and thank you for making our stay a memorable one!

The rooms are cute, with spacious balconies, only the bathrooms could be better, but we heard that some of them are renovated already and most of them will be renovated by the end of this year. The Sea-view rooms have a nicer view, but the mountain-view rooms are in a shadow most of the time,which makes it cooler and more enjoyable to sit at. The nearest beach is only a few steps away and it's very good for families with children because of it's sandy surface and shallow water.

Review 86：It was a great holiday. The hosts Georgia and Spiros are very kind and helpful. They really take care about all the guests trying to give always the best. The superior room was just brand new and very cute and confortable. The view from room was amazing over vassiliki bay. Position is the best to visit all the west cost, including porto katsiki and egremni beaches. The hotel offers also good restaurant and bar, where drink and eat enjoying the beautiful sunset over the bay. Morever the hotel is often organizing intresting evens like traditional dancing greek night, live music and so on. Finally there is also swimming pool where relax over coloured pillows after sea. Highly recommended. We will surely come back.
