Review 1：the meal, which was the whole reason we came was not good. After courses that were just ok, the entrée was completely over done. It was a huge shame.

Review 3：We decided to try their slow food restaurant, but def too much money for such a boring plates! And the breakfast was really poor.
Review 4：It's a great place to stop and relax. Very comfy suites, absolutely clean, lovely staff.
Review 5：the "slow food" restaurant annexed to the hotel, renowned for its high quality cuisine. In fact, beware: you don't know what you're going to eat (the chef decides), how much you're going to eat, how fast (or rather, how excruciatingly slow) you're going to eat and most of all, how much you're going to spend! About 30-40 euros a person without wine, so says the waiter, ending up being at least 50. Also, at the breakfast, ask about eggs first before the nice lady asks you at the end, after you've had croissant, jam, yogurt, fruits and two cups of coffee and you're about to get up. Also, overall, the hotel is not too good value for money

Review 8：Restaurant has great food! We have tried few dishes and were blown by amazing tastes. This restaurant is famous (and expensive, too). Wine is great! Rooms are nice, very clean and very cozy.
Review 9：The only downside was there was no wifi access in our room. However, it wound up being really nice to disconnect from electronics for a night and just enjoy the beautiful scenery.
Review 10：The hotel staff was extremely friendly and very helpful in accommodating our early check in and early check out. The room was huge, clean, and comfortable and very classy and modern. The restaurant was absolutely incredible, with exceptional service and delicious food. The hotel is located in the tiny old village area and is within a 10 minute drive of the beaches and docks in the bay. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Review 30：We stayed for one night on our way to the southern part of croatia. In the evening we had one of our best dinners ever. Very ambitious chef in the cuisine and very professionel staff. Nice and big rooms with great bathrooms. The hotel is situated in a small and romantic village near Opatija.
Review 31：You need to call the hotel every time you are coming back, because there is a movable barrier on the way to the hotel which need to be deactivated- very annoying. The lady in command of the reception knows how to make guests not feel welcome- she has a cold way of doing her job- e.g. We had to get our key from the desk ourselves because she was not there ( a stranger could have done the same I suppose...). No try from her side to at least say: "thank you" or "nice you were here" when we checked out. That hotel clearly need a friendly face to get presented, otherwise the good food can not make it up anymore in the future.

Review 33：The very small safe was locked an could not be used. The fridge was warm, the air conditioning was not very effective. The showerhead would slide down all the time, so I had to hold it in my hand at all times while showering. At times, the hallway was totally dark and I had to use my cigarette lighter to locate the keyhole. The staff was nice, but on arrival, I didn't appreciate waiting in an empty reception for >10 minutes before any staff turned up.
