Review 1：It was easy to get to. Received a warm and friendly welcome. Our room was clean and fresh. The bed was really comfortable, spacious and cosy. Shower en suite was perfect. Breakfast was yummy. Good value for money.

Review 2：After traveling for a little bit, it was like coming home. Very comfortable, breakfast was great and tailored to what we wanted, and Caroline was the best host! She made us feel right at home and we felt very taken care of. Town is just a short 10 minute walk and Caroline gave us great directions to eateries and sights to see. Would highly recommend this place to anyone traveling to Perth

Review 23：Nothing was a problem. We were visiting Perth for a family funeral and were allowed to park from 9am and given a room/door key at that time even although check-in is normally pm. Alos on day of leaving we were asked if we wanted to leave our car there during the day as ther was no-one checking in until 5pm.

This is a B&B that exceeded our expectations - a real gem - we left felling that we'd been staying with friends, and will certainly return.

Review 27：The genuine warmth and friendliness of Caroline the owner - she treats you like a member of family and genuinely cares about your stay. That's a rare quality in B&B land! Room was superb, twin was immaculate, big beds, lovely decor and very quiet due to triple glazing. And breakfast was very generous - didn't need to eat again until the evening. Recommend you try this B&B for your Perth acommodation, you'll not be disappointed.
