Review 1：The costs for the Therme are not included. The breakfast in the morning is equipped with cheap food. Unflexible staff.

Review 11：Wi-fi connection wasn't strong in my room, sometimes I couldn't even find a network. To avoid this issue ask for restaurant's wi-fi pass.

Review 12：Excellent Jacuzzi. You get a free Jade stone bed massage. Swimming pools of another hotel are close, but the entrance fee is 12 eur for a day pass.

Review 15：The hotel deducted money for cancelled rooms never sent back and never sent back the deducted money for booked room. So the price for the room was three times higher. They do not communicate about sending money back

Review 16：It's a pity that hotel and Spa/Termal complex are splitting now. There are problems with parking for visitors of complex Termal and also hotel's guests have not direct entry to the Termal komplex:-(

Review 18：Temperature into swimming pool was cold-declare temperature was 36°C, but in fact it was 32°C. But this is not a complaint for the hotel but to the spa complex itself.

Review 48：You find out only on arrival that the use of some facilities is limited. You supposed to know that the parking in front of the hotel is private. No one is telling you before you wants quit. In that moment, a 150 kg person is shouting against you, with violent language and makes you blind. Very dirty rooms.

In general we have overpaid hotel especially we expected spa to be part of hotel but it was not - spa is public one next to the hotel.

They say it is free and giveyou a ticket to stick on your car, but the next morning, a very rude,hungarian-only speaking guy comes and imperatively demands money for theparking, saying it is a private parking. Make sure you clarify thesituation at the reception.There was no water at breakfast and when we asked for some, they gave us tap water in a 0.5l glass, right under our noses!!!!!! I find it weird not to provide water for breakfast.

Review 59：The hotel room was spacious and clean. Not very modern, especially thebathrooms were kind of old, but very clean. It was very quiet andcomfortable, no noise during the night, no traffic. The town itself isvery quiet and picturesque, small, tranquil houses, nice buildings andnice people. Breakfast was good, with a large variety of fruit, cereals,meat and sweets. Overall, good value for money.
