Review 1：There was nothing major that we didn't like. Only small issues.The apartment we stayed in, the bedrooms were facing a school which wasn't ideal but there was not much noise coming from there so we didn't get disturbed. The bin lids were broken but again it's a minor issue. The bus stop is right opposite the hotel which is super convenient. However buses to innsbruck are only every hour. Most people hire a car but we didn't so maybe next time we would change that. Breakfast was the same every morning. Might be an idea to add more variety or change it after every 3 days.

Review 2：The owners were lovely and very helpful. They recommended us good places to visit. Oberperfuss is a lovely little town. The two bedroom apartment was clean and had everything we needed.

Review 4：Whats not to like! Perfect place for a family gettaway to the Tyrol! Fantastic food and facilities. Warm, welcoming staff. Easy 20 min drive to Innsbruck, Hall in Tirol, 30 min to Swarovski Crystal World. Even a brand new playground within 10 min walk.

Review 5：The pool temperature was freezing to the point we couldn't swim. We arrived at 1500 and no one was there to check us in our room. Luckily, after 15 minutes we saw the cleaning lady and she called someone to come.

Review 6：Breakfast was included and delicious. It was modern and clean. The staff was very friendly. It was close to a grocery story. Bus stop to Innsbruck was across the street.

Review 7：The room was like a herum. the view from the window was postcard-like. This kind of hotels is reserved to the rich and famous. Being able to enjoy it as poor and anonymos is a two thumbs way up

Review 13：It was so lovely. The room was spacious, the staff were amazingly nice, there is a restaurant at the hotel which serves realy nice and affordable food. Excelent!!!

Review 14：This apartment is clean and modern with two balconies that allow you to experience the beautiful views over the Alps. The owners were very friendly and welcoming. We were lucky to be there for a Tyrolean evening of traditional music and dance, which really added to our Austrian experience. We would stay there again.

Review 16：Our suite was lovely: parquet floors, spacious living room and bedroom, both with balcony access, large bathroom with walk-in shower and a real (powerful) hairdryer. A baby bed was provided as requested. There was a fitness area with a small pool, perfect size for our baby to splash around in and for us all to cool off in the hot weather. Breakfast was great. A selection of breads, cold meats and cheese, eggs, jams (including home-made) and yoghurt. Real fresh orange juice would be nice. We had dinner in the restaurant one night and that was also v. good. Great location in centre of small village with easy access to Innsbruck (15 km). What really makes this hotel is the staff. Staying here was like coming home to family. Even before our stay, we had an e-mail to confirm our requests. We were greeted by name when we arrived and were helped with our luggage and given a guided tour of the hotel. The hotel manager was really friendly, checking that everything was ok and we were enjoying our stay, as well as telling us about the area.

Review 17：There wasnt much I didnt like... the internet was pretty slow. I'd recommend some more routers to improve the coverage and maybe increase the speed to at least 5mbps.

Review 20：พวกเรา 7 คน จองห้องแบบสองห้องนอนและมีห้องครัวในตัว ทั้ง 2 ห้อง ห้องพักสะอาด ห้องครัวใหม่ เงียบสงบ บรรยากาศดีโอบล้อมด้วย Alps ที่จอดรถฟรีหน้าโรงแรมไม่ต้องเดินไกล วิวสวยมีฟาร์มเลี้ยงวัวอยู่ตรงข้ามโรงแรม มีซุปเปอร์มาเก็ต Mpriest อยู่ใกล้ๆเดินไม่ถึง 3 นาที อาหารเช้าไม่ใช่บุปเฟ่ต์แต่ก็ดีใช้ได้ ให้เยอะจนเรา 7 คนกินไม่หมดทั้งสองวัน ถ้าไม่ได้ขับรถก็มีป้ายรถเมล์อยู่หน้าโรงแรมเลยไปกลับ Innsbruck ได้ง่ายมากๆและสุดท้ายคือบริการดีมาก ยกกระเป๋าให้ด้วย รอเราเช็คอินจนดึกถึง 22.30 น Front Reception พูดอังกฤษชัดเข้าใจง่ายและเค้าพยายามเข้าใจสำเนียงของเราด้วย สื่อสารไม่มีปัญหาเลย และยังให้คำแนะนำที่เที่ยวใน innsbruck - fussen กับเราแบบไม่มีเหนื่อยหรือหงุดหงิด เยี่ยมเลยครับ

Review 25：We journey from Rome to Amsterdam where we stayed at 7 different properties as we traveled through Europe via Verona (Italy), Innsbruck (Austria), Leukerbad (Switzerland), the Black Forest (Germany), Durbuy (Belgium) with Rome and Amsterdam on either end. We experienced the good, the bad and the ugly. Hotel Kleissl was beyond good, it was the very best of our 7 stops in almost every category - service, quality of space, location, facilities and cleanliness.Austria was meant as a stop over between Verona and Leukerbad and gave us an excuse to step foot in Austria and Liechtenstein. We wanted to stay in Innsbruck but could not find a place with our quite fussy 2+ bedroom with separate sleeping for teenagers as well as kitchen facilities. Accordingly, we had to look further out and we are so glad we found this quaint little hillside community about 10-15 minutes outside of Innsbruck. we wish we had stayed there longer!First, the communication and service of all the staff is exceptional. Before arrival we had found their responsive to be top notch - and not just in ensuring the booking but in responding to questions on directions and regarding their facilities. Upon arrival the staff were incredibly polite and helped us get situated in the room. The young lady who welcomed us then gave us some ideas for dinner in Innsbruck, provided me a detailed map and directions to find parking downtown and a recommendation on what to see and do so we could maximise our one night in the area. The only regret is that it meant we did not eat at their restaurant.The 2-bedroom apartment was spacious, spotless, modern and all facilities appeared brand new or were perfectly maintained. No running toilets, stuck doors, dripping taps, not a speck of dust anyway! Everything just worked. Wifi was fast (which is critical when trying to do quick translations, or look up directions).

Review 58：Our room was everything we expected and more. Large, clean and comfortable. We opted for the dinner at 14 euros per person which was very good. We also had dessert that was a piece of art and delicious too. We were waited on for breakfast. No buffet, much better!!!!! It was made to order. The woman didn't speak much English but we made ourselves understood. Everyone went over and beyond in making us feel at home. Almost forgot the sauna and swimming pool, small but perfect.

Review 63：I was with my family and a friend in Innsbruck and we decided to stay out of the city and near. We chose to stay in Oberperfuss (I loved the place) and we selected Kleissi Hotel. The place is amazing, the staff are wonderful and friendly, rooms are spacious and clean, nice view, breakfast was delicious, and our experience overall was superb. I highly recommend this hotel for people who would like to stay in Oberperfuss.
