Review 1：This is old fashioned twenty century building. It is not maintained well inside. Bathrooms have mold, broken facilies inside and dirty. This hotel needs renovated to twenty first century. Review 3：the food is over priced, the receptionist is not at all customer obsessed, the pool is dirty, the rooms are way to smaller than what is shown in the pictures

Review 5：There was no charging point nrar to the bed or couch..that makes a trouble cause as you have to get up to your bed if you need to charge your phone or camera. Also they do not provided the room i demanded

The hotel staffs inside the restaurant was little apathetic towards the guests and always asked for our room key to ensure we were giving them the correct information. it was little insulting.

Review 10：we got to Jaisalmer at 1 am and the hotel organised to collect me from the station and imagine having a welcome party waiting with garland and all at that time of the night or should I say morning.

Review 22：We had a comfortable stay at this hotel. It is within short drive to the fort and old town. Good facilities, large pool, friendly service, good food.

Review 23：I paid through credit card online at booking.com, hotel hadn't received the payment, and so had to pay them again, while checking out, they informed me that the credit card payment has been received...

Review 25：Room was not as described in picture by bookings.com. Your picture is of the Golden Suite not the super deluxe which is really not so super deluxe but super average. Facilities also not as described. No free Wi Fi.Hotel is located in a piece of wasteland about 3km from Jaiselmer fort. Paintwork is fairly dirty (tho we were there in low season and maintenance was going on). Swimmingpool not v clean either. Has no atmosphere when compared to Ratanvilas in Jodhpur which was fantastic.

Review 30：Go above and beyond to help with everything. Location - outside the city but not too far that you cannot get a tuk tuk to places. Greeted us by name as soon as we arrived with a drink that we desperately needed. Spacious hotel - rooms, common space etc. Friendly staff - especially the porters!

Review 32：The Staff was very nice and helpful. We requested the visit of a doctor in the middle of the night due to a sick guest. The Hotel managed to bring a very qualified and professional doctor at 2AM. Furthermore they took really good care of us during the other remaining days at the hotel. They came often to the room just to check if the sick guest was doing fine or needed something. Very friendly and kind!. Also, the facilities are beautiful.
