Review 9：Our host David was brilliant from the minute we walked in until we left 2 days later. The little home made treats were awesome and extra domestic facilities offered were brilliant. Do not stay anywhere else, the Townhouse is second to none. Parking at the back is handy. Can I recommend the Italian Corner for good value and honest food, within walking distance and the staff are beyond fabulous. By far Perth and all its offerings was a highlight during our 18 day trip around Scotland.

Review 10：Beautiful room in great central location. Luxurious furnishings with comfortable bed, excellent shower and delicious breakfast. David is a very welcoming host and we were grateful for an early check-in. We slept well, we ate well and felt well looked after.

Review 16：The owners made our stay very enjoyable. In particular they made my wife's 70th birthday a very memorable occasion. Their recommendations for places to eat were excellent. My wife and I have stayed in many 4 & 5 star so called hotels in our journeys around the world and The Townhouse is up there with the best of them. They are a credit to their trade and if ever I return to Perth for a visit The Townhouse is the place to stay.

Review 27：This B & B completely lives up to its 5 stars. David is an outstanding host and an excellent cook! Breakfast was the best I've had since I arrived on my vacation 3 weeks ago (cooked to order at what ever time you wanted it). My room was luxurious, especially the bathroom. Hugh comfy bed including feather pillows (usually only available upon request, if then). Attention to detail abounds and there was no need to ask for anything. To top it all off, I was referred to the best Italian restaurant for dinner. Treat yourself to a wonderful stay in Perth at the Townhouse.

Review 28：David was an excellent host who cooked a great tasty breakfast . Our room had added extra like China cups ,fruit bowl and cut glasses. We received a welcome glass of wine which was very appreciative after a long journey. The town house was situated within walking distance of the town centre. David recommended and booked us a great restaurant for our first night. My husband requires a gluten diet ,which David kindly provided down to even a packet of biscuits for our room .Would definitely stay again.

A truly 5 star B&B experience.

Review 63：A fabulous Georgian property, beautifully furnished with meticulous attention to detail and lovely touches. A most comfortable stay and felt very welcome by the owners, David and Laurent. The location is perfect for exploring the local area and close to the railway station allowing for day trips further afield such as Dundee, Inverness and Aberdeen. Perth is a lovely compact city to wander around with many high quality places to eat and drink. A wonderful short break. We will return!

Review 96：We used the Townhouse to compliment our trip on the Orient Express (Northern Belle) which left Perth station, a 5 minute walk from the Townhouse. The train actually goes right by the Townhouse and David even took the time to wave as we went by!! The Townhouse is a fabulous place to stay and is furnished to the highest standard, the staff are more than helpful, David even carrying the bags from the car for us.We would certainly return without hesitation and would recommend the Townhouse to anybody thinking of staying in Perth. Review 97：There was not anything that we did not like, the only item we felt could be better was the breakfast, however it really is a matter of taste. We were given a fresh fruit salad starter which was lovely, the porridge was alright but we felt it could have been a bit more coarse and the scrambled egg was just ok. having said that the choice was excellent, plenty of coffee or tea and as much toast as you would want. Plus there was a good choice of papers and magazines if it was too early for conversation.

Review 98：The welcome that you are given by David, the owner, is second to none and he always helps you with your bags. We always seem to get Room 5 which has lovely views across the Inch Park. The room is very comfortable and there is always coffee, tea and biscuits and bottled water. The shower is the best ever, hot and has great power.

Review 104：I guess the only downside for some people would be the stairs, it really is a townhouse so not great if you have mobility issues. The room was really hot when I arrived but turning the heating down and opening the window for 5 min soon fixed that. If you are at the rear of the building be careful not to leave the window open, the trainline is quite close.

Review 105：The welcome from David made me feel right at home. The room was very comfortable and they seem to have thought of everything (including wine glass and bottle opener). I booked a single room and was delighted by my king size bed. Everything in the house is a little touch of luxury done in a homely way. Breakfast was fantastic too. Really is an absolute gem of a place and very reasonably priced.

Review 106：Home made biscuits, fruit and sweeties all provided. Huge plush bedroom. Very comfortable. Lovely fruit mix for breakfast. Everything you could want.

Review 107：Warm welcome for pets and humans alike! Our little pug had a silver waterbowl and welcome mat laid out in advance. Breakfast was delicious with a wonderful melon and mint salad to begin with. The decor was superb and the owner couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating. I really can't recommend it highly enough.

Review 108：The day of arrival was Guy Fawkes memorial night so we had the best spot possible to watch the fireworks. The room was very spacious and all the furniture and bathroom fittings were matching with the house atmosphere. I had to leave early but that was no problem to be able to enjoy a full Scottish breakfast. Hope to return very soon.
